I went on vacation there and their cookie dough ice cream milkshake is MYSTICAL. it’s so good. You are able to request for the milkshake, just ask for it and choose ur flavor of ice cream. COOKIE DOUGH AND COOKIE CREAM OR SMTH IS THE BEST ONE OMG. 10000/10Also really chill atmosphere.? ?

Love the excellent vibe of this ice cream parlor. The staffs are extremely courteous and helpful. I had a large scoop of vanilla topped with caramel, walnut, and almonds and it tasted awesome. It was my first visit here and I'm sure there will be many more.

JP Licks in Waltham offers a great variety of flavors, along with friendly service and plenty of seating . Additionally, even though Mood Street is closed for traffic, there is abundant parking available in the municipal parking lots surrounding the area.
Serving sizes are ridiculous. $8 for a half empty cup.

I was only in for a few minutes when the manager literally screamed at her employees in a shockingly abusive way and said things to them that I would get banned from yelp for repeating. The entire store went dead silent. The other reviews show how much of a pattern this is and has been for years and years. Absolutely disgraceful.
