Will was very friendly and helpful!
The ice cream was very good, I got a chocolate peanut butter-type sundae. It’s good quality ice cream and I like the vegan options. :)
On a very lively street, good to stop by for some sweet indulgence. We stopped by after dinner. The shop is nice and cozy. Ice cream was good!
One of the better J.P. Licks locations around the area. Great place to visit with kids after a Red Sox game. Their ice cream is phenomenal, and they might have received 5 stars if their toppings didn't cost $1-2 for a tiny plastic spoon's worth of stuff (ridiculous).
Love the ice cream, coffee, and vibe!
This is 1 of all but the best JP Licks where they know you by your favorite ice cream flavor and because it was made in
Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts …
& thank you to all the workers that made this place the best, thank you .
Melissa the manager is an incompetent cunt. Not sure where they found this heap of trash. Melissa, tell us how not allowing a parent in the restroom with their CHILD, who needs assistance, is ok. Hopefully you don’t have your job much longer.
Employee yelled at us for not giving a tip… we were not rude in any way.
The servers behind the counter have no respect for their customers. It’s not that difficult to understand an order of an ice cream and not get frustrated. JP licks needs to reach their employees how to manage their emotions and treat everyone equally. Thanks for a ruined mood and the most avg ice cream ever.
Wonderful service by Nathan and his team. Loved the ice cream and the warmness it was served with
Great spot for a cool treat! We enjoyed our ice cream treats and iced coffee!

Good ice cream. Several dairy free options too. The topping bar was cute. I enjoyed the unique takes on classic flavors. Take this over the DQ anyday!
Solid ice cream, okay price, solid area and vibe. Recommend.
No yogurt tried 4 times! Wellesley location is awful!
You can easily find much higher quality (and more affordable) ice cream in Boston, imho. At my most recent visit, I paid $6 for a literal dixie cup ice cream with a touch of freezer burn. Usually I'm a bit more satisfied with the offerings. They do cookies and cream ice cream really well, and the seasonal flavors are usually tasty. My favorite item on the menu, however, might be their London fog latte - perfect when you're craving a sweet warm drink. I do love supporting a local chain so plan to occasionally return.

if i could give this place 0 stars I would. the man who was working here (an HOUR before closing) had an attitude and wouldn’t give us toppings because they “werent doing that anymore”, even though the woman in front of us had toppings. He then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t sit down, and my friend then asked why, and he answered “i need to sweep, mop, and close down” (again an HOUR before closing). while a walking away he said OUT LOUD “why do you always have to talk back to me”. Like genuinely don’t work here if you’re going to have an attitude. Not to mention he is always rude, and not accommodating.
