No yogurt tried 4 times! Wellesley location is awful!
You can easily find much higher quality (and more affordable) ice cream in Boston, imho. At my most recent visit, I paid $6 for a literal dixie cup ice cream with a touch of freezer burn. Usually I'm a bit more satisfied with the offerings. They do cookies and cream ice cream really well, and the seasonal flavors are usually tasty. My favorite item on the menu, however, might be their London fog latte - perfect when you're craving a sweet warm drink. I do love supporting a local chain so plan to occasionally return.

if i could give this place 0 stars I would. the man who was working here (an HOUR before closing) had an attitude and wouldn’t give us toppings because they “werent doing that anymore”, even though the woman in front of us had toppings. He then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t sit down, and my friend then asked why, and he answered “i need to sweep, mop, and close down” (again an HOUR before closing). while a walking away he said OUT LOUD “why do you always have to talk back to me”. Like genuinely don’t work here if you’re going to have an attitude. Not to mention he is always rude, and not accommodating.
I loved the ice cream here! I got a cookie Sunday that was amazing! Also the staff was so helpful when it came to trying out flavors and explaining the options. The only complaint I have it the cookie at the bottom of the Sunday. It gets rock hard under the ice cream and is really hard to get to. Also the spoons are too weak to break it up. They should put the cooking sticking out of or on top of the ice cream imo. Other than that great experience over all!!

Have a gluten allergy and the general manager was taking my order and said they only care about dairy and peanut allergies and they don’t do anything special for gluten allergies. I’ve been to the one in Andover and they always use a fresh ice cream and wash their hands and scoop just in case they handled a cone or scooped something with brownie or cookie. The general manager at this store needs to be retrained

Everything else is amazing except their soft at least chocolate ice cream. That was definitely a waste of $6. Even if it was cheaper, I wouldn’t waste your time getting it. Next time I’m just gonna go to Costco first off ice cream.

Walked in 45 minutes before close and was rudely told we couldn’t get sundaes or toppings… definitely a money loser on their part. I worked in an ice cream shop for years and we would never refuse toppings to a customer no matter what time. Sad :(

Ice cream was delicious but the person working when we visited wasn't very friendly and was bothered at the indecisiveness in our group, though there was no one behind us. Definitely didn't make it feel like we could be excited about the flavor choices and wonder which one to pick! So, I'd say come get the ice cream, maybe look up flavors online beforehand and hope for a friendly staff person! The employee was also on his phone a majority of the time.

The server was on the phone (his cell phone) and then when I didn’t immediately give my order, he kept trying to go to the person behind me, who was in my group, but recognized I was trying to order. I kept trying to ask a question, but he wouldn’t let me talk. The server was very rude and clearly wanted to get back on the phone because he was on the phone immediately after my group was finished.

Talking about Boylston outlet typically:- the closing time is 12 and today is friday. we reached the outlet 25 mins before we order sunday but she refused to give us and told they won't serve toppings anymore although they were having everything. we requested that its 25 mins before the closing time can you please prepare it for us. she straight away said no. That was disrespectful inspite it was not their closing time. I understand if i go there 2 to 3 mins before but it was 20 to 25 min before. I really felt bad.
Very good ice cream. Lots of different flavors to choose from.
