I came here for hot chocolate and to do some work as I no longer support Starbucks. NONE of the outlets work at this location. I tried them all. So if you want to use this location as a third place to do work on your laptop it’s not a good spot. Positives are that it’s quiet especially now that it’s winter. The young lady working was understanding and tried to be helpful.
Great selection of dairy ice cream, fro-yo, and non dairy selections. JP Lick flavors are always outstanding! The espresso frappe is the bomb and their sundaes over the top with huge number of premium toppings and, homemade caramel and hot fudge available. Delish.
We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Grace today to place our order. Service industry people have my DEEP respect as I have done it myself. I am thrilled when I meet someone like Grace & know how hard she is working but doing it with love & kindness. The ice cream was AMAZING! And we loved our visit!! Grace so nice to meet you!!
The prices are absolutely absurd. A kids scoop (about the size of a shot glass) is $5, more than a cupcake they sell that is pretty large. Their flavors have just ok variety and good consistency, but their menu is a little hard to follow and could be set up better. The interior looks nice, but their prices could definitely use some work.
The ice cream selection was decent, though I felt the prices were slightly on the higher side.
Great service & friendly people
I’ve come to this location tonight and a few times in the past. And for some reason they keep having the same problems with their soft serve 🍦 ice cream keeps tasting watered down. It’s not even creamy, it’s more like a vanilla sherbet. I’m sticking to the original location in Jamaica Plain. I’ve never had this problem before. 👎🏻👎🏻
Employees have a nasty attitude towards customers. This needs to be addressed by management
only sent me 1 frappe when i ordered 2. i waited over an hour for one frappe… couldn’t even get the full refund.

An ice cream shop located in south bay center with many ice cream flavors. This time I ordered salty caramel, coconut almond chip, Myers's rum raisin, pistachio, and black raspberry. They are all quite sweet and delicious.

I usually don’t eat ice cream. But been having a sweet tooth lately. Iced Pumpkin muffin warmed with an almond coconut ice cream. Talk about orgasm 🤣🤣🤣

Salted caramel cookie and cream is the best I had here. Brownie batter was second best.
