This place is awesome! Great coffee, chill vibes, and pretty good snacks. It gets a little crowded sometimes, but it’s totally worth it. Perfect for hanging out or grabbing a good drink.

Really nice place to get a coffee, a snack or anything else you can think of. Only four stars though because the outlets in the area where I was sitting did not work and when I moved to another area they were also not working.

Worst experience in a Boba, they made a mistake with the order (Taro boba + double boba + sweet + hot) and a woman said that they will change it. Instead of giving a new one they decided to use the same boba and just heat it and gave it in a smaller cup. Bad service. Even if we order double boba we recibe just one side and those few were melted.

Ordered coffee for my staff here and it was not only ready when I arrived early but it was well packaged and easy to carry to my car. The service was excellent and my staff loved the coffee’s bold flavor

Definitely, I really love to go to jaho because it's a perfect place to eat and meet friends. I really recommend it. Delicious food and atmosphere is awesome.

The barista was incredibly rude and unprofessional tonight. When my girlfriend presented a federally issued ID, she was told it was a “privilege” and a “one-time thing” to use it for identification purposes. This condescending/know it all attitude was completely unnecessary.
To make matters worse, the drink was clearly watered down—seemingly out of spite.
We have come here many times and have had no problems before, with the same identification.

Matcha latte with oats milk but feels like I am drinking a cup of green oats milk , nothing like matcha at all

I ordered a custard pastry and a Chai latte. They were both delicious! It was the best chai latte I've had in a while!
