A customer had a medical emergency near the front entrance. Staff at first just tried to ask him to leave for how he was acting and having trouble sitting up. Two other customers intervened and were able to confirm that the man wanted an ambulance and called one. The manager came through and angrily told the two helping to move because they were blocking the front door, while they were assessing the man's consciousness and letting him know help was on the way. Not a good look for management.

One of the best flat whites I have ever had. Truly delicious. Very nice spot to sit as well. Ordering on the screens was easy and quick.

Really cute vibe with people hanging out late at night doing work and chatting. Friendly atmosphere! Coffee was good, lots of yummy options for flavors to elevate your experience. Only downside is the lowest americano price was $5.00, which is a red flag for me.

Drinks are good but really sweet

Go to coffee shop in the city. A great variety of specialty drinks but they also have all the standards you'd usually find at a coffee shop along with small bites.

Great study spot. You can focus with a coffee and end it with an espresso martini. If the martinis too strong they've got plenty of good food options. WiFi and charging available too

Spacious and comfortable place, with large windows facing the street that provide a lot of natural light, in addition to being a wonderful showcase for Washington Street, which is very entertaining. Great variety of coffees, infusions, smoothies, bagels, sandwiches, toasts,..... Very pleasant atmosphere with sofas, elevated tables, wifi, plugs and very relaxing music that make it perfect for working, relaxing, talking. You can order for pickup. Long hours and friendly service

On my drive back to NY, I ordered an iced spanish latte with oat milk and a shot of caramel and omg, it was so so good! Perfect coffee to milk ratio! I usually take so long to finish my coffee so I thought I’d be drinking it my whole drive home, but I inhaled it. I would definitely recommend this place; they have something from everyone! 1000% better than Starbucks and Dunkin’s!
