My family and I really needed a pick me up since we’d been walking around and shopping for a long time. We grabbed a few waters and a freshly squeezed orange juice which we enjoyed. We said we didn’t want ice, so it wasn’t that cold, but we didn’t want to dilute the flavor either. We think it was worth it because it tasted pretty good. Just a quick and easy stop that’s not bad!

Very rude staff, we asked for cantaloupe juice with a little bit of pineapple juice and the guy working kept pouring coconut juice in the mix. We tried several times to explain what we wanted (which is not rocket science). At the end the cashier said come back another time and kicked us out. Hire better people, its not that hard to run a juice shop. Stay away!

Leaving this place a review to encourage people to give them business! This is a solid mall smoothie joint with much healthier options than your average Orange Julius. They have both smoothies and protein shakes, and you can add protein to the smoothies. I got a strawberry piña colada smoothie with vegan vanilla protein and it was pretty great. The employee was also really nice and service was quick. Go shopping at Copley Place and get a smoothie from here to sip on as you shop!!

Extremely poor service from a lazy employee. We went into the shop to get smoothies. The worker (middle aged female with dark skin tone) was in the bathroom for over 5 minutes while we patiently waited. She then came out and said she was closing and could not make anything. There was still time before closing and she had us waiting while she was in the bathroom. Despite this, she made an excuse that she had to clean and turned us away. Management should make note that their worker is turning customers away and hurting their business due to sheer laziness.

Walked in right on time and still was refused service because “she will have to clean up” and that will take time, and it’s almost time to close but it was not closing time yet, she still had time before it was time for her to shut down. Told her we walked far but she didn’t care one bit, passive work attitude, lack of service. Never again!
I went to JC smoothie for the first time yesterday around 3 PM and I absolutely loved the smoothie! I ordered a piña colada & mango smoothie. For the price and size I get, I'll definitely be coming back.
