They did the classic “Apple Pay didn’t go through” but it did, so they double charged me. Avoid this scam.

I don't understand why this place got many bad reviews. I had a combo menu of ramen noodles and chicken. The staff was so friendly and they offered us a piece of chicken to try. It was one of the most delicious chickens I've had by far. The sauce was great. İt was sweet and the portions were big. The price is also not that much.

Schmeh. They refreshed the whole tray of lo mein right after serving the last dried up bit to me. Not cool. Tasted like schmeh.

Chicken was not great, about mall chinese food quality, and a bit expensive given the portion size

I got a combo order of fried rice and orange chicken. It was the best orange chicken I've ever had. It was sweet, fresh, and the best part was the fried rice was soy free. It sat well with me despite my many food sensitivities. I wish I could go back again but alas I live in a different state. I plan to come back here when visiting Boston again.
Dietary restrictions: They have soy free options including their fried rice
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps throughout Quincy Market for easy accessibility.

Employee working was very nice but I got food poisoning from lo mein noodles and dumplings and will probably not be better for a few more days. There’s a reason this place is cheaper than everywhere else in the market

The food was pretty good. Being from the West Coast, I eat a lot of Asian food and couldn't find much good Asian food on the East Coast, and then I decided to give this place a try, not disappointed. Was a little busy in the market, though, and the lady working the register had little English, so it was a bit hard to communicate.

It was good but pricey for the portions. Customer service could have been better!

$19 for lo mein, rice, and orange chicken. Everything tasted like it was sitting out for days. Rubbery and nasty tasting. The lady behind the counter had a miserable face. Not even a hello or thank you. I feel bad for the $19 I handed over to her. I’m sad.

I really wished that google would let me give them a -5 star review on this one.Last Wed 11/8, I took my cousin who was visiting from overseas and wanted to treat him to lunch on his last day in Boston. Since I work in downtown Boston on Wednesdays, I took my cousin with me, I was hoping that he would go for a clam chowder or a lobster roll, but he chose Chinese food, we love Chinese food. We both ordered our plates and at the time of payment he said he wanted to treat me so he pulled out his phone and did "tap-to-pay", there was only one lady working at the line, with the very little English she spoke she said that the payment didn't go through and showed us the screen on her system, but my cousin got a text message saying that the payment did go through, long story short, we tried to communicate with her and we weren't going anywhere, so I told her I would pay.I have been calling the phone posted on google, and get no answers, yesterday, 11/15, I went again to see if I could talk to someone else, there were two ladies this time who seemed like they wanted to help, but in the end they told me to come back on Friday, I told them that I don't live in Boston and that I only come in on Wed, she shrug her shoulders and that was the end of the conversation.I called my bank today to submit a dispute, we'll see where that goes.
