Picked up order from them today, the supreme chicken fish maw noodle. There are only 3 pieces of chicken breast as shown in the picture. If you want to try how it tastes. Don’t go to this one, it’s not even worth it! Other yuan noodles restaurant are much better and more ingredients.

Decent broth and beef. Noodles way too soggy. Also two songs playing at once which was annoying.
The crispy fish fillet is pangasius...the tofu is also lactone tofu. In China, it costs only 20 yuan for cheap takeout. But here it costs 20 yuan.

I wish I could give ZERO star to the food and customer service. I had a lot good Asian food in Boston but I would never back to this place to waste my money. I ordered beef and egg over rice and when the guy brought the plate I was shocked. So much rice and eggs with a few of beef chunks over it. I first hesitated but then I asked him if it’s okay to change the food because it’s all rice and egg he looked me stoned face and said “no, because it’s already prepared “ then left! Didn’t give him tip because he didn’t have any customer service skills plus food was AWFUL.
Not delicious… I couldn’t finish even half of my food.
There was no fungus or signature beans in the whole bowl.

I love Jibeichuan noodles in New York so when I found Jibeichuan in Boston, I wanted to try! And it was really good! It’s not exactly same menu but they have similar menus. I liked noodles from both locations. I recommend Jibeichuan if you love noodles :)?

Fantastic place - great food. Was really happy with the pork and egg dish, the sauce was great. Service was top notch, super fast. Food wasn’t too expensive, around 15-20 per person. Not easily wheelchair accessible, a step or two raised off the street.

I was around Chinatown by myself so I was looking for a sit down restaurant that was suitable for just one person that wasn’t fast food. I was intrigued by their supreme chicken soup (花胶鸡米粉)and walked in.
For those who don’t know, 花胶, which is in their house special noodles, is fish maw. It’s essentially like fish gelatin, and is very delicious. I haven’t had it for years so it was nostalgic for me. It’s highly nutritious and I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried it.
This restaurant offers a cash discount so bring cash if you can.
