Jibei Chuan is the BEST rice noodle restaurant I've tried in Boston! Their flavors are authentic, the soup & broths are extremely flavorful, the rice noodles are plentiful per order for an equal ratio of rice noodle : toppings/broth, the toppings are diverse, the deserts are rich and authentic, and the prices are FAIR. Other rice noodle places charge around $15-$20 per bowl with minimal noodles, but Jibei Chuan gives you plenty of bulk for your buck (around $10-$15)!

Came here spontaneously on a Saturday around 1pm and there were only three tables occupied. The two of us ordered the Minced Meat Dried Rice Noodles and Mini Soup Dumplings. The noodles came out not too long after and were exactly what I was craving. It had a little bit of spice but you could still appreciate the taste without being in too much pain.
