Went to this location at noon on a Saturday and it was closed. The hours on Google had been updated two weeks ago by the business (apparently), and there was no indication that the location is temporarily/permanently closed. Literally I am just trying to give this place my money and they won't deliver to me and aren't open when they say they'll be.

Google does not know where this place is and this location seems to be permanently closed. All the lights off and doors locked in the middle of the afternoon, while google said it was open.

Signage says customers need to state clearly their order. However when asked a question by the order taker she could not be understood and got agitated when asked to repeat herself. Also the dirty bikes leaning against the tables was off putting. Definitely were not customer bikes as we were the only customers in store. Also there was a bike rack just outside in clear view

The place is disgusting, they have a guy with a full beard with uncombed long greasy hair making the subs without a hair net. I already called the health department and my co-worker took pics.

I personally didn't have any issues with the staff, but how is a "spicy" italian sub as bland as chalk? I mean there was no flavor whatsoever! The sandwich sucked, even Subway has better subs than that.

Great place for a quick eat before an event at the TD Garden. It's just a minute walk away and it's in the cheapest restaurants nearby. I didn't know of this chain and it reminded me of a better Subway with a prepared menu (as in you don't pick the ingredients for your sub, but I believe you can build your own). Bread was very fresh, vegetables as well. Decoration is fun as well.

Crap , just disgusting- no meat on the subs and the roast beef was at least a week old, smelled like sour meat and it wasGREEN!!!!!!
