Amazing service, wonderfull stafg, how ever there was a few scales in my sandwitch and the tribal chanting in the back was unsettleing. But on another bote the babalonian mural gave the place an amazing vibe, would go again.
They always expect a good tip for not doing much, they will get very upset if you don't tip.

Went to grab something quick to eat on a Thursday evening (not a holiday) at 6:55pm. As soon as I opened the door, I was told the restaurant closed at 6pm - even though the posted hours show open until 9pm and the front door was unlocked.

My boy Tom is more of a subway guy but he suffers from not being freaky fast.

Great staff, immaculate restaurant, even the bathroom was spotless
Always a 5-star visit! The team at this Jimmy John’s goes above and beyond—these are hands-down some of the best sandwiches around. You can customize every bite exactly how you want it. I always order the biggest size and have them cut it into four smaller sandwiches—perfect for meals on the go throughout the day. Pro tip: get the Kicking Ranch! It’s a game-changer and pairs perfectly with any sandwich combo.
Ordering ahead? Smooth and easy pickup every time. I genuinely wish every JJ location was run like this one—friendly, fast, and consistently fresh.
Bonus secret: the bathrooms are surprisingly awesome! A fun and unexpected touch that makes this spot even more memorable.

I've been a regular customer at this Jimmy John's location for the past two years, but my visit Tuesday yesterday was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any sandwich shop.
To begin with, the mens working at the counter did not seem to know the menu well. They were unable to make suggestions, and there was a significant language barrier that made it very difficult to place a simple order. It was clear they didn’t fully understand what I was asking for, and communication was frustrating.
Let me be clear: I’m not against immigrants my own parents are Mexican, and though I never learned Spanish myself, I deeply value cultural diversity. That said, if you’re working in a customer facing role in an English speaking country, especially in food service, it’s essential to understand and communicate effectively with your customers. It's not just about language it's about service, clarity, and respect for the people who walk in and pay for a quality experience.
Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed and reconsidering whether to return. I truly hope this location invests in better training and support for its staff both for their sake and for the customers who expect the standard of service Jimmy John's has always promised.

I’m Japanese, but this is my first time here. I’ve been a Subway fan till now, but from today, that’s gonna change. The well toasted bread was on point, and those fresh tomatoes? Absolute fire. I’ll be back, so catch you later!

Place is super small, so it was very crowded. Good place to come if you are at the convention center, its just through the hotel next door and down the street. I'd suggest ordering online if you think it will be busy.

We ordered a club lulu...they messed up and gave us a country club. Ok I guess? Can you remake it? No. Can we get like any money back because you gave me something I didn't order and refuse to remake it? No. Can you hire people that understand English? Hopefully! Can you possibly get back to me and rectify it please? That'd be great thank you!

One of our reps ordered food from here for a work lunch. We donated vs eating it bc of how awful the owner of the company is.
