A new favorite spot. The food was delicious and way above your average breakfast food. Everything was fresh and so well cooked. The oj, ice coffee and bloody mary is also worth mentioning. To top of the phenomenal food they have a staff that matches, incredible bunch. Cheers to the 302 crew!

Went here on a whim expecting a kind of divey breakfast spot but I couldn't be further off. It has a clean kind of beachy vibe to it with extra friendly waitstaff and delicious food. The highlight of my breakfast was the waffles which may have been some of the best I've ever had.

Great breakfast diner. The service was fast and friendly, the coffee was flowing, and the food was tasty.
There's bar seating, 4 person tables or larger picnic tables outside for bigger groups. The noise level did get loud inside as the tables filled.
💯 Will be back again

Joe’s Restaurant – A Must-Visit Spot
Joe’s Restaurant is a true gem. The omelettes are perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the coffee is smooth and rich — exactly what you need to start your day right. The service is outstanding, with friendly, attentive staff who make you feel at home. Add in the cozy atmosphere and a great location, and you’ve got the ideal breakfast spot. Highly recommended!

The food was great but they seemed understaffed (there were 2 ladies serving and we had 3 meals switched out because they had been mixed up). As a whole though, I would totally go again. They did the meats amazing, although the scrambled eggs were from a carton.

Got in with no wait around 9:20am on a Thursday. Waitress was nice. Food was good! Someone in my party ordered scrambled eggs, though, and they were from a box. All the other eggs were real! And meats were excellent! Croque Madame and the steak & eggs were yummy!

Walked in to see the welcoming faces of old men!! We were seated almost immediately! We got our order fast….and then this is when things got sticky….both me and my two friends had our plates taken away and then a couple minutes later we were given back the same plate!! They over filled my friends drink!! And the bathroom door was terrible….

Hidden gem I have been seeing this place for years I didn't know it closed at 2 pm. That's why I always see it empty in the evening. Three of us ate for less than 50 dollars

Disappointed. Took more than 20 minutes to get our breakfast. People who came in after us were getting their food while we waited. Very disappointing. Waitress was great.

I live in Maryland but whenever I visit my parents in West Roxbury this is our go-to place. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is classic American breakfast joint, and the service is superb.

Good local breakfast and lunch place. Solid breakfast options - I had a very good Greek omelette - though you won't get pure maple syrup, which is a deal breaker for pancakes for me. Plenty of parking, right next to the main road. Fair prices. It's just straightforward and good, which is a win in my book.
