Disappointing. I've had much better quality gelato in many other places. Joey's had little ice chunks in it and the color of the mint chocolate chip had me concerned about food poisoning. They won't let you have a sample because you'll know their product quality is poor. Won't be going back.

We visited here twice this past week on our trip to Boston. My kids got the chocolate, strawberry and lemon. All 3 kiddos gave it a five star review and couldn’t wait to go back the second time! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if we return on another trip!

Got the pistachio and coffee flavours. Pistachio is a little sweet but there you can still bite on the pistachio pieces. Coffee has a deep flavour and it is a must order item.
Didn't like the service. Tasting is not allowed and you don't know what you are taking. The guy didn't know anything and didn't speak english at all

I asked to try the salted caramel ice cream because I was deciding between flavors. The man told me “No test. Next” Not apologetic whatsoever. My problem is that I was going to buy, him saying “Next” instead of asking me if I still would like to buy was just extremely rude and made me want to leave. My whole family who was going to buy (7 people) ended up leaving as well. Hire better employees. It’s ok you can’t give tests but do not be so rude about it to someone who was being nice to you! This happened 05/17/24 at 4 pm.

I came in winter. And even though Boston was cold, it's never too cold for gelato or ice cream.So many flavors! I got the hazelnut. So good! Server was friendly, too. Recommend ;)
