My mom was at a healthcare facility nearby, so we got lunch from Joseph's several times. It was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed their pizza and subs, specifically the chicken parm and buffalo chicken. The woman running the front counter (and also doing the cooking!) was super friendly and our food was ready in minutes. Definitely give Joseph's a try!
It's a small hole in the wall little sub shop with delicious pizza. We were in the area for a medical appointment and while waiting we decided to get a quick lunch. One of the women in the office recommended Joseph's. Take cash because they charge a bit more for using a card. We ordered a large cheese pizza and took it back to Children's to eat. I get my veteran healthcare at the VA hospital up the avenue in Jamaica Plain and after every visit, before my walk back to Brookline Village, I call ahead to Joseph's to order chicken parm subs. That's all I've ever ordered, because they are SO good I don't wanna try anything else. Very lovely service. This is a take-out place only, so there is no atmosphere to critique. There are many choices in my neighborhood for chicken parm, but I ONLY get ours from Joseph's....
