I've been here twice and both times the employee that works there acted unhappy that customers were disrupting her texting, breaks, etc. I can get a smoothie at Trader Joes with much better customer service.

So, this is a very basic first time visit input …
Place is amazing ..love the colors and variety.
The smoothie was not my thing tho. The green passion is not for me. But hey.. it is a extremely personal taste opinion. I will try the other options on the menu and come back for another review.

I still go because the smoothie is decent but the workers just never seem interested or happy at all to serve you and based on the owners canned responses over the years it doesn’t seem like they do either

Went to this location and there are the most kind and clean location I been too. Got the pb acai bowl was so good. The women behind the counter recommended it as well as the toppings as I asked because I wanted to try something new. Definitely will be my go to order for now on. She has really good taste and must have been employed there for a while. I belive she said she was the manger to that location. IF YOU NEVER BEEN TO THIS LOCATION YOU NEED TO GO NOWWW.

Brianna was so helpful and I really enjoyed her suggested black bean soup and the watermelon mango smoothie with strawberries!

I just picked up a pb acai bowl and it's the most flavorless bowl I've ever had. The acai tastes like water. The vibe is very dark and cold in there. The guy at the front was nice though.

Very healthy and tasty options.
Clearly staffing challenges like most places but they do their best in spite of it. In the end it comes down to leadership at the top levels of management. It is clear that there is a very low bar.
Still a top choice for a quick healthy bite. Great soups and a large variety of smoothies and fresh pressed juice. I like the grab and go options in the fridge. Inventory and selection are often issues, but again, that falls on leadership.
I'll stick with them and hope they can make the improvement they need.

Açaí bowl came liquidy and melty. Could not eat it. Smoothie was also watery and barely cold

Every single time I’ve come there have not been enough people working, it can take almost 10 minutes just to place an order, and online orders are never ready at the time indicated. Really frustrating

If you are going to come here and there is a line of even one person, bank on spending 30 minutes waiting for your order….and somehow the people behind you will get their order first!
