A juice shop that doesn’t make juices
Classic example of how retail food has still not figured out how to support walk-in v digital customers. Just stopped by to order a smoothie and was told there would be a 25-minute wait. This, after I had to negotiate a delivery bike parked to partially block the door outside.

Walked in at 540p 20 mins before closing according to the online hours and the women working said she couldn’t take our order bc they were closed… please adjust your hours if you stop serving ppl before the posted hours…
They need more customers service experience. It’s 8:04 and they’re still not here. And when they do come it’s either five mins before opening. Also they have people in here that doesn’t speak English.
Got the cacao blueberry, which has lots of schwifty ingredients and cost about $17 for a large. I can taste the cacao (yum!) and see the blueberry (blue!) but I can't identify the other ingredients and it's just kinda bland and sad. It's low on sweetener, which would be amazing if the blueberries had sweeteness, or more flavor. I know you can't really get good fresh organic blueberries this time of year so idk... Maybe try frozen? Or take it off the menu till blueberry season, that's what I would do if I was committed to the organic food schtick.Organic ingredients are always more expensive and not always yummier, so you could help your customers out a lot by making sure the stuff remains consistently flavorful instead of keeping it on the menu forever

The two people that were working were super welcoming and friendly. As a first-timer I had a lot of questions and they were patient and answered all of my questions. This will be one of my go-to organic smoothie spot.

Came after hearing good things, but açaí bowl was incredibly disappointing. Acai blend had no flavor, large frozen chunks of some kind of flavorless fruit, and no fruit on top. Definitely not worth $12. However, service was good.

Service is awful. Is it open? Is it closed? Who knows? I’ve stood waiting here for over 5 min as a worker just flat out ignored me and stocked the fridge. If you want a smoothie go an extra 100ft to Jugos in BackBay Station. Amazing food & friendly service.

Amazing store! The smoothies are awesome but definitely the best thing are the soups and wraps. I was kindly greeted by the employees as soon as I walked in and they took my order instantly. Really great customer service.A must-store if you are in Boston and looking forward to have some healthy experience

I was surprised to see these reviews when I came to leave a positive rating. The women working Friday night were pleasant, and very helpful! I noticed they had this same great attitude with the other customers as well.I will say that I agree the place is a bit cramped, not necessarily unclean, but it's not a place I would stay for the atmosphere. It was a little tricky to find at first because it's on the side of the building.
