Far below expectations. Not worth the premium on the smoothies ($11.99 for a 16oz). After a fairly long wait, the drink wasn't filled all the way. The Berry Blend was undrinkable (looking back I'm fairly confident it was missing ingredients). The bar was already low, but Juice Press was an unpleasant surprise.

Amazing store! The smoothies are awesome but definitely the best thing are the soups and wraps. I was kindly greeted by the employees as soon as I walked in and they took my order instantly. Really great customer service.A must-store if you are in Boston and looking forward to have some healthy experienceVegetarian options: The whole store is vegan

I was surprised to see these reviews when I came to leave a positive rating. The women working Friday night were pleasant, and very helpful! I noticed they had this same great attitude with the other customers as well.I will say that I agree the place is a bit cramped, not necessarily unclean, but it's not a place I would stay for the atmosphere. It was a little tricky to find at first because it's on the side of the building.

99% certain I got food poisoning from this location on 12/23. Tried calling this location and others to get in touch and make them aware for the health of their customers, see if they had any other reported cases, etc. but no response after numerous tries. Disappointing.

The costumer service on Sunday was absolutely splendid. This was the second time I came in and they were so polite, and accommodating. Not to mention the food was so tasty! 10/10 recommended

Staff here has an attitude problem. Do not come here, and management, you need to reconsider your staffing. I only asked for help, the people there rolled their eyes and looked like they were going to fight me. What in the world?!! I've been going to JP since back in the day in 2012-2014 in NYC, even met the owners during some of their pop up discussions in their stores. This experience is not at all like what the owners had in their vision. I've never seen such a rude customer service and it was clear the staff here has their own problems which they intend to harass their customers instead. Why is this place running down the gutter here? Need major attention ASAP!

Paid $15 for a smoothie that tasted like spoiled almond milk (my friend threw away her smoothie), no public restroom and also got a stomach ache later that day (might be unrelated)

Had expired beverages out for sale that tasted clearly “off.”Paying customers should be allowed to use the restroom.

I stopped here to grab a juice and had a great experience. I think it was Olivia who helped me and rang up my charges. I was glad they had my favorite canned cold brew and a nice beet juice :)

Be prepared to wait for 30 min to get your overpriced smoothie
