Came in during a busy lunch rush and everything still ran smoothly. The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and my order was spot on.
Abby stood out for her positive attitude and attention to detail. She made the experience feel welcoming and efficient at the same time.

Lettuce was brown and wilted, toppings looked days old, and the chicken was dry as cardboard. Staff was rude and acted like taking my order was a huge inconvenience. For $14 I expected at least fresh ingredients. Total waste of money—go to Sweetgreen instead.

I ordered from just salad website at 6:20pm and the estimate pick up time were 6:46pm, I arrived around 6:40pm of course not expecting the order will be ready then I wait until 6:55pm, still not ready so I deicide to go the shop next order to walk around, when I return around 7:10pm the order still not ready yet so I asked the staff what is the status of my order, they are looking around and tell the other staff I am here, then they just start looking at the machine to print out the order, I was like "what?", so I ask what is the purpose I am order online up front, and ask them if I don't ask the will not start making my order, at the same time my wife called to me to pick her up about 5 min away then I tell the staff I will be back in 10 min, the staff replied back "I am making it now do you want your order", WITHOUT any apologies. First I am so confused what is the whole point I order online upfront? second, should I have to tell the staff I arrived the first time at 6:40pm? third, none of the staff apologies to me. Bowl sizing is small/ not well split, for anyone interested in having a mixed / equally portioned protein / carbs / fats meal. Main ingredient is still salad. (The taste/quality were good otherwise) Had to wait 10m on top of the 20m I placed earlier by.
