Kelly's Roast Beef

My biggest issue wasn't with the workers but rather just the food. Everything was practically out and by the time I ordered I already regretted the decision. I feel like this is the worst food option in this location because most foods don't come with fries if anything. The wait was surprising long as well.

Friendly staff but this food is absolutely terrible. Where is the flavor? I had the roast beef. Is it supposed to be cold? Where is the seasoning? The aus jus might as well be water with food coloring. Now I see why they have salt and pepper packets by pick up. Take me back to the south. I should have rolled the dice on a McRib and that's barely meat. Great staff being wasted serving terrible food.

Excellent roast beef am sandwich, very fresh and cooked perfectly. Service wasn't good. My sandwich sat while employees just hung out and talked instead of handing it to me. I had to interrupt them.

Needed lemonade while waiting for our 6am flight. Manager no problem sold it to me before they were open. Got a breakfast sandwich and came with potato’s, probably more food and for the same price as pot belly across the way.

Clam chowder mostly potatoes and watery, surly service, EVERYTHING in plastic.

I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and mayo. It was the worst tasteless greasy burger I’ve ever had.

I really wanted to like this, as I ate hear last year during a trip. The bun the roast beef was on was stale and the clam chowder was really gritty, soent a little over $25. Not a fan of today's food experience...hoping I don't end up getting ill from it

You can tell where the best food is by watching the airline crews and airport employees. I’ve tried every breakfast option there is in the airport and Kelly’s is the best. Be ready to wait a while and the computers are often finicky - and they don’t accept cash!

If you want to look like a regular, realize that your order number is a four digit code found on your receipt - the employees will yell out the last two digits of the four digit code which is located under the bold print that says “Kelly’s Express #64”. Most people wait around for order #64. Don’t be the person waiting for order #64.

It was okay nothing great slow and rude

Ordered chicken finger platter and found plastic within one of the chicken pieces when I was half way through. When reported at the counter, I was told it is ready to cook, frozen chicken, and that there isn’t any other explanation to it. I was denied a refund and instead offered 2 replacement fried chicken pieces as I had already consumed 2 before I found the plastic on the 3rd one. It was ridiculous. Staff cared least to be courteous or have a conversation about the issue.
