If you know Kelly’s don’t expect the same good. Roast beef was cold and matted. Not cleanly sliced like at the beach or even Saugus or Peabody. Disappointed

Service is rude, especially the lady behind the bar. The wait time for food is surprisingly long, given that it's roast beef, and mediocre roast beef at best.

Honestly an Arby's would be better in that location.

A safe haven in a busy airport. The food was reasonably priced as far as airport food goes and it was actually really good. I recommend the cheeseburger and loaded fries.

Took over 15 minutes to make a burger and then it sat for 5 minutes while the cashier chatted with her friend. And then they didn't even make the burger right. When I complained, I got attitude.

Got off my flight looking for quick, simple sandwich before setting off on the next leg of my journey. Kelly’s Roast Beef fit the bill. Roast Beef is tender and flavorful and the toasted bun elevates the experience from
Good to great. Unfortunately the quality of the staff was nowhere near the quality of the food. Too busy talking up some other employees to do his job and coped an attitude when asked to move the sandwich from the kitchen deck to the counter. Nice product negatively impacted by subpar employee.

Ordered a burger with several add-ons, but the order came without any of them. The quality of the food might be fine, but accuracy in preparing orders needs improvement. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to customer requests in the future.

The food was good but that wait time… not worth it. I ordered first with around 10 people behind and wound up getting my meal after all of them. The cashier was super nice but the wait time was not worth it. How can I order first and get my food last when 10 people ordered after me?
