The food was just meh. The cheesesteak was small, not a lot of meat, the bread was dry. The fries were excellent! It takes about 15min to get a sandwich, which feels like a long time. The dining area is not well-tended = dirty.

Found a hair in my fish sandwich 🙃 it was otherwise okay. Also the guy behind me in the photo who worked there was rude to my daughter and I.
Fish sandwich & Rueben were both very good and fresh. Price very reasonable especially for it being in an airport. Great service as well!

It's at an airport so can't expect much, but sandwich was cold, not even a little bit warm.
Staff was friendly, and food came out quick, maybe a little too quick.

The young woman working was friendly and my food was good and reasonably priced, considering the alternatives. The roast beef with BBQ and horseradish really impressed me.

Bartender was as rude as can be and was too busy on her phone. Would have stayed longer if it wasnt for lovely personality. Wrong career choice.

Service was fast, food was a bit overpriced for what it was which is to be expected at an airport. Writing this review because there is a family of very bold mice that kept coming out of the bench seating to scurry around and eat food off of the floors. Told a staff member and they didn’t seem bothered by it, which again I know it’s an airport and likely out of their control but it was very unpleasant dining experience to say the least.

I got the surf and turf and didn’t enjoy it. The roast beef sandwich and lobster roll was very bland. The buns were very dry.
The prices are too high for the quality. Definitely go somewhere else.

Bottom Line Up Front:
An average-at-best option that is as impressive as flying coach in a cramped airplane.
The Setting:
This Kelly's is inside Terminal B of Logan International Airport. It has a sizable seating area with plenty of chairs and tables. The best feature is that almost every table had electrical outlets to charge your mobile devices while waiting for your flight; a huge plus that's rarely seen at other airport restaurants.
The Food:
Being in New England, I had to try to the calm chowder. The first issue, there were only two options: cup or pint. The cup was literally a small cup (think 8 ounces) ... for $8 (ridiculously overpriced). The pint was about $13 -- kinda pricey. (Airport food prices are inflated everywhere.) I ordered a side of chips and selected a small bag of Miss Vickie's sea salt chips, which was of course good because that's a known quantity, so to speak. The second issue was the taste. Unfortunately, the soup was more watery than creamy. On the bright side, there was a solid amount of clams.
The Service:
On the plus side, the employee who took my order was fast, friendly, and competent.
The Conclusion:
While the service was good, it doesn't make up for the fact that you don't get much soup for the price you pay and the clam chowder didn't have the texture and taste of soups I've had in New England in the past. I would not return here for the chowder. If circumstances dictacted, I might be willing to give Kelly's a second chance if it's for one of their roast beef sandwiches.

Their failure to provide any of the condiments requested ruined what would've been a perfectly good burger. In other contexts this is easily corrected, but at an airport where you may not discover the error until after boarding, it makes for a very unsatisfying (unsatis-flying?) experience, hence the negative review.

Don’t understand how a simple process can get so wrong. You order, Oder goes to the kitchen, the item is cooked. Yet the line of people waiting for food. It’s not a busy time, the kitchen slow. This place does not have a system that works!

This is the steak and cheese with onions served with a pickle spear and a bag of Lay’s chips. The sandwich was very good, but could’ve used a bit more cheese. I would’ve preferred something other than chips as a side, but I thought this was a great meal at an airport.
The service was terrible, ordered a simple roast beef sandwich and the proceeded to wait 15 minutes while the people in the kitchen were playing around. I will never purchase anything from Kelly’s roast beef if this is the standard of service. Thr sandwich h went in the trash as I have no idea what the kitchen staff did to it. The was especially disappointing as we have been traveling in Boston and Cape Cod and the service everywhere else was amazing.
