If this is what airport quality roast beef sandwiches are I should've gone to north shore to get roast beef years ago

Ordered a burger with several add-ons, but the order came without any of them. The quality of the food might be fine, but accuracy in preparing orders needs improvement. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to customer requests in the future.

The food was good but that wait time… not worth it. I ordered first with around 10 people behind and wound up getting my meal after all of them. The cashier was super nice but the wait time was not worth it. How can I order first and get my food last when 10 people ordered after me?

Why does this location never except cash?? Credit card only when you go here.

My husband chose Kelly's for lunch at Boston Airport. One Chicken Sandwich was $12.59, which seemed a little high. Boston food prices are high anyway, and airport food is always expensive anywhere. He was satisfied with his lunch. Kelly's is after TSA, so the food can be taken aboard, which was nice. Kelly's is counter where one orders and picks up their food; so there was no seating.

All these negative reviews are funny. Airport prices are high. A cup of chowder at another establishment was $15.

That being said, Josh our bartender/server was INCREDIBLE. Drinks, food and service with a smile. Everything was fast, hot, and fresh. Hats off to Josh for being such a great server.

I got a 3 way roast beef sandwich. It was my first time trying to understand a Boston accent so I didn't really understand what that was until after I ordered (barbecue sauce, cheese, and mayo), but it was the best roast beef sandwich I've ever had. The balance of flavors was perfect and the bread was toasted to perfection. I wasn't going to leave a review but that sandwich single handedly changed that. I don't even like barbecue sauce normally. Would very much recommend if you're passing through Boston Logan Airport

They refused to accept cash payment and gave me attitude when I ask. I hate when cash is not accepted. I am being forced to throw my money away to the credit card companies and refuse to eat here again.

Great Roast Beef sandwich! As others have suggested, ask for 3 packets of mustard, and salt and pepper packets. We also added raw onion slices which made the sandwich delicious! The roast beef was great and a generous amount too! 5 Stars! Wendler made sure we had everything we needed!

If you have to wait on a plane, stop in at kellys.
Josh, the bartender, is a little surly but warms up quick when your flight is delayed.

Self service kiosk did not work and the attendant was clearly put out that he had to do any work at all. Rude rude rude.

The food was just meh. The cheesesteak was small, not a lot of meat, the bread was dry. The fries were excellent! It takes about 15min to get a sandwich, which feels like a long time. The dining area is not well-tended = dirty.
