The food is good in the usual KFC style, some of the employees aren't very friendly, and the atmosphere feels kind of old school and dreary.Parking: There are not many parking spots available maybe 5 on one side and 3 on the other, also the location it's in there is no street parking next to the store you'd have to park in the lot next door and risk a tow but if your quick you shouldn't have to worry or you can park on Cambridge St and have a 5 to 10min depending on where you park.

Ehhhh, lol, it's fast food in Brighton...not exactly the best place. This part of Brighton has notoriously had issues with food and cleanliness. I believe a burrito place just down the street got shut down by the city due to health hazards. There's nothing in particular wrong with this KFC, but I'd be a little careful if coming here. I've been to this location, the food is pretty good. But again I'm always a little hesitant to get food in Brighton, especially this part of Brighton

Came here on a Wednesday for dinner after work. It’s KFC, so definitely temper your expectations. I thought the food was expectedly average, and my spicy chicken sandwich was decent enough to get again in the future. I was actually impressed at how clean the dining room and the bathroom were. Food was more expensive than I thought it would be. Almost $20 just for two people :( I’d come back if I was in the mood.

I placed a pick-up order including chicken + nuggets family meal. The bag was well packed, so I did not check the items upon pick-up. When I opened the bag at home, the nuggets were missing! There are no nuggets at all in the bag.I then called KFC customer service. The agent asked all my personal information, including full name, phone number, email, and residential address. Is it really necessary to have all this information to process this kind of complaint?
