Only one girl was working while the line was out the door! All of the other staff were just sitting around on their phones. This is completely unacceptable. The poor girl looked barely of age and was clearly overwhelmed. The lack of teamwork and fairness at this establishment is extremely disappointing.

I went first thing this morning when they opened and the chicken was not fried crisp. It wasn’t like what I was used to. Also mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy just didn’t have as much flavors it did in the past.

The first person I encountered took a couple of minutes to notice me, even after I said hello twice, and once she did notice me, she used the headset to call someone else over. That person was nicer. I placed my order and went to a fairly grosse bathroom. My food was ready when I came out, so I grabbed it and left. I ate in my car, the food was good. I won't refuse to go there, but I won't go out of my way either.
The register person seemed to be mentally preoccupied. Kept glancing behind him. Did not get my order right and very little food was prepared. It was non peek hours. So there shouldn’t have been any excuse for the lack of good service. This was American legion highway. In Dorchester at around 9:30pm on Thursday night.

I have been coming to this KFC ? for a long time. They have it remodeled now & it looks really good. I prefer KFC over the other chicken place ? which is literally on the other side of the highway ?
Parking: Parking spaces outside of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating for a family.

One of the better KFC restaurants in the area. I would drive the extra mile to avoid the Columbia Road one, it's so inconsistent. Trust me, it's worth the extra 15 minutes.
