The girl that worked the window wasn't very friendly it appeared she may have had an attitude, plus she forgot to give me my drink. I said my please and thank you. It would be.nice.if it.was reciprocated.

Horrible customer service, went there 12/30/23. I ordered 8 piece meal and only got 5 piece chicken , I went back inside and told a black lady with a nasty as actitud on the front and she literally said I was lying. I just cancelled my whole order but they only refunded the chicken and not the rest. Never going there again !! They also ripped the receipt on the bottom to not get on the website !

The people are useless. Forget going here for fresh food. They forgot part of my order and all the food is cold. No one is answering phone at store and the chat online is not responsive. KFC has gone way downhill.

Had to wait 13 minutes for biscuits, and my chicken sandwich was soggy, and I had to wait an extra 2 minutes for the
sandwiches chickentrick they have downget kids to do this.. cook the pieces just right, nice and krispy, thenslap em between two hales of a roll, maybe slice o two of picklesstick em in the nice foil bags that keeps 'em hotstick em under the hot tray lamps and allwait at least 15 minutesthrow them in a bag, great job donethrow them to a customer; imagine their surprise when they open em up and find soggy rolls, temperature just hangin in there above warmblech, den da customer fine dat the are spicy, not requested!! double blech. next time just plain chicken right out of the fryer. go in the store nd see its simple. see it is simple jackstehn take them out to car, and enjoy. still hot, not sogggydone or go elewhere and sit down for a meal.. what happened to the restaurants that used to be around??

The chicken sandwich good. I also ordered 4 piece original chicken, should've gotten a wing, leg,thigh, and breast. , but didn't didn't notice until I got home. Was not happy. There use to be a time you could ask for the pieces you wanted or like. Niw they give you what they want.

Worst KFC Ever !! Why am I an 6 other cars waiting for Nuggets ! We were told 5 mins and it’s been 25 mins . The girl at the window is rude and incompetent. The guy just started the nuggets . If it wasn’t for my nephew I would have driven off a long time ago . Do not eat here ! The fries are cold too . Just trash !!
