The ladies restroom is not working, it took forever for someone to come take my order and the chicken thigh piece so small like it’s been cut into 2 piece.. never experienced something like this with any other KFC I have been to. Definitely never going back there

I ordered food from here over Door Dashed, 3 ppl went to go get my food and they kept on saying that there was no food there for me. Taking so long to just get my food and when I tried calling they wouldn't answer the phone.

We had two customers behind us and me and my sister ordered two large fries and the person Infront of us had ordered a meal and me and my sisters waited 10-15 minutes while the people behind us waited a maximum of 3 minutes

The woman at the window was very rude and angry for whatreason i don'tknow. The food was horrible no taste and greasy as hell. That's the second time that happened to me at that store.
Got the classic chicken sandwich. Chicken was raw.

Went through drive through lady said it was 55 dollars for our 16 piece meal gave me 95 cents back with no receipt .I paid 60 so then other person said it came up to 59 dollars how is the question.i believe tax is not that much

Witnessed employee come from food prep area to the register to take my oder; she completed the register transaction and then proceeded to the food prep area and commence to prepare my order. I witnessed her stick her nasty, un gloved hand in a container of shredded cheese and sprinkle it over my order. When she tried handing it to me, I said where are your gloves, why didn't you wash your hands before getting my order? She just looked dumbfounded with no explanation. I ask for a manager and a refund. Supposedly this woman, a supervisor gave the refund, said money will be put back on my card. I stood for a minute or so to see if they said anything to the employee and if they through out the container of cheese. Neither one was done!! And they continued to take orders🤮 As of today 1/26/25 no refund yet. It came out of my account immediately,(1/24/25) why wasn't it restored just as quick? I'll wait until tomorrow to see if it has been done/refunded.

The cashier Ecilson was very rude when taking my drive thru order. He gave us attitude because we couldn’t hear him clearly on the staticky intercom. Not only that, I ordered a 3 piece combo and the chicken was dry and the ones they gave me barely had any meat on them. Fries were good. You have to ask for ketchup & sauce because they won’t give any unless you ask.

Staffs are so rude and untrained, ignored me on drive thru and just raised their brows when seeing me instead of proper greeting, then showed me rude attitude by pointing aggressively that I have to use the front door for pick up. I wish google let me leave 0 star instead.
