Customer service is a minus -O, chicken was not hot and wait time was ridiculous.!!!! The fat rude slob, funky attitude, light skinned chick putting orders together in the back missed Customer Service 101. She’s the reason we see so many online videos with customers going off on the staff behind the counter.RESPECT, THANK YOU, PLEASE and a SMILE, even if it’s fake go a long way.!!!

Wow, I didn’t realize how far KFC has fallen, the Mac and Cheese is terrible, literally tastes like straight up plain noodles, absolutely no flavor - I couldn’t finish, had to throw it out. The new chicken pizza was also pretty gross, stuff was just thrown on there, not even fully melted, chicken itself wasn’t the best either.

I ordered food from grub hub from this place. The delivery guy at grub hub ate my food, took a picture and ran away with it. Terrible! I'm from out of state so I was not introduced to Boston in the most friendly way.

i walked frm dunkin no bathroom some chinnese place bathroom closed i went to kfc i couldnt open the door a bald man helped me out told to go to the front dest a very nice lady opened it for me n world war 3 happened in that toilet i was grippin on to the railings near the toilet n then i heard ka boom 6 times n 5 ka ploops n js like that i was done i wiped saw green n i was done i washed my hands n left.
