Daughter and friends celebrated in VIP section 2/23/20 only to have her purse stolen. Kingston staff were very uncooperative in helping her find her purse. They refused to assists her, she had to wait 2 days and they kept hanging up on her when she called. Daughter had to wait outside Kingston Cuts today for 2 hours before they let her go in to search for her bag, which showed up in the trash (which was checked the night it was taken).

Went in the afternoon. There were very few people in at the time. It took over 20 minutes to get our 3 drinks. Tip: Do not order a Mojito or Apple Martini ?. Ordered baked mac and cheese with fried buffalo tenders. It took forever to come out was soupy loaded with grillled chicken and buffalo sauce. The only flavor was sauce. There was zero cheese. It was advertised as cavatappi but was actually Bowties and elbows like they just used what they had left. My friend ordered Chicken, Broccoli Alfredo the waiter actually asked us was that a real item on the menu ?. This was my 3rd visit and each one has been one star. It will definitely not get a fourth.

This food house has American foods, Japanese foods and Bars. Food taste and service were impressive. People make a crowd here to get their loved item. I had some items including Yummy roll and Beet Salad.. A good place to come with friends, family and kids.

Nice little chill spot. We went on a Friday because our friend was djing. Workers was pleasant. Dance floor is pretty cramped and small but everyone had a great time.

Would prefer to give a 3.5. Have had really great experiences here and not so great ones... Food is pretty good but as stated it is not consistent.

Pretty good place to party

Nice place that feels like a "hole in the wall", but meets the expectations of the Boston Financial District. Chicken wings exceeded expectations. Wine was decent.

Very clean environment and staff are amazingly kind to customers. The head chef is also very accommodating. Dont forget to try their menu, it quite tasty.

Came here for a networking event on a Wednesday night. It was a good time. Bought one drink (rum & coke) which was $12 (pricey) but the bartender made it strong so no complaint there. They had food specials specific for the night which were pretty good deals. I tried a chicken wing from a friend's plate and it was good! I've been here only one other time during a day party and it was a good time. I would definitely go back.

Met friends in there while in Boston. Great atmosphere with a cozy and comfortable feel. Food and beer was good. Prices were very reasonable for downtown Boston.

I went on a Friday DJ wasn't that great played mostly reggae. Bartenders suck they didn't mix the drink well pineapple juice in the top vodka all the way at the bottom. The DJ equipment and his cord kept stopping the music. They don't accept card and it said $20 cover. They kick you out at 1:45 even though it's not over till 2 am.

Now called Kingston cuts bar and grill. I came here because I had a gift card and was seeing a show at the opera house. The ambiance is quite casual. You walk immediately into a bar, which is a good place for after work drinks. There was a DJ there on a week day around 6PM. I got the strip steak which was quite good. It was pretty tender but the edges were a little too charred. On the other hand, the side arugula salad m that came with the steak was not very fresh. The salad seemed somewhat wilted as if it sat out all night. My boyfriend got the burger which he did enjoy. I also really enjoyed the truffle fries And crab cakes. Overall, food was good/mediocre. We had issues with our gift card and had to speak with the manager who eventually resolved the conflict. Therefore, the service bumped up their review to a 4 star.
