Huge fan. It’s the best coffee in the South End, hands down. The hotel lobby is super cute. And the outdoor window service is a fun touch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The NOLA latte with oat (both the decaf version and the quad shot) are out favorite coffee treats in P-town (and, having lived in.NOLA for years, I’m picky). Andrew, the barista is incredible and despite being a popular spot the staff never seems to get flustered and is always welcoming. Snag a spot early morning on their tiny back porch or take your drinks to go and stop at any of the wonderful ppl watching nooks up, down, and around commercial street. PS the overnight oats are also awesome, filling and not overly sweet

1 star for Kohi Coffee Company. I expected more from the place — it felt a bit dirty and neglected. The service was terrible and completely unprofessional. While steaming the milk, the barista was scrolling through Instagram. The coffee was bad, I couldn’t even drink it. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Really nice woman working the counter. Unfortunately the coffee was very mediocre and extraordinary expensive. $8.22 for a small latte with regular milk. Not horrible just not worth the price at all

Consistently the best tasting cup of coffee (if you're looking for drip coffee) in the area, hands down. Friendly service and cool atmosphere in the lobby of the Revolution hotel.

The options to get good coffee in Back Bay are limited. Kohi easily beats out Greystone, Tatte, and other local spots on quality. It is small though and in a hotel lobby, so not really a place to hang out if that’s what you’re looking for.

You have to go inside the Revolution Hotel to find the coffee shop. There’s usually only one person working there, and it might take them some time to acknowledge your existence. Prices are a little high and surprisingly, they don’t have vanilla as a flavor option. They have counter seating; however, the counters are too high for the stools and it makes it uncomfortable. Plus, they’re too narrow to use a laptop. And this is the only coffee shop I know where the only sweetener they offer is Equal. I prefer Splenda, and hence, will go to one of the many other options in the area.

Can confirm as the other reviews here suggest the hours are a little…unpredictable.

Very disappointed with my visit this morning. The barista refused to make me a pour over saying that he didn't have beans for one, despite the retail bags they were selling.

I've been consistently disappointed with the service at Boston-based Kohi locations which is a shame as I have been a big fan of the location in P-town.

I got the cutie patootie latte which they said to have a lemon note to it. It really just tastes like an oat milk latte with no unique notes to speak of. For the price of 8$ this latte really felt over priced for the quantity, and didn't make up for that with quality. The atmosphere is a 3 just cause it in a nice hotel. Service has much to be desired. I haven't tried the other Kohi location but this one was not a good experience.

Very decent coffee, much better than Cafe Nero (just down the street despite what one review mentions here). Cute lounge area to hang as well. Also would like to note that many people seem to give bad reviews because the barista was unfriendly. I found barista to be friendly but also noted that given how busy this place is probably the reason for any grumpiness would be there really aught to be 2 baristas.

Kohi Coffee has amazing coffee and service! The barista Aziz is always exceptionally friendly and never fails to make me feel welcomed! He recommended the Nola latte and now it’s become my regular go to! He is also really great at latte art which is a definite plus! If you’re looking for a place to have some great coffee and service, I highly recommend coming here!
