Disgusting egg. Previously Cooked and reheated in a microwave with no salt whatsoever. All breads are prepackaged. Avoid if you can.

I went there as soon as the store opened at 702 am. It was barely open. Still all the chairs stacked inside. Ordered everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel tasted a bit stale. Coffee tasted ok. I went in thinking I wanted some pastries, but none of the pastries were set up on the counter, and the ones there seemed to be old from yesterday. I regretted not going to Tatte instead... there is no place to sit inside.

I had an unpleasant experience at this café today. As an Asian, I couldn't help but wonder if what happened was a case of discrimination. I was waiting in line to order at the touchscreen for quite some time, but then another customer behind me was called up to the counter and served first. It was clear that I had been waiting longer, so this situation left me feeling confused and disappointed. I sincerely hope this wasn't due to my race. I hope the staff can improve their attention to customers in the future to ensure that orders are taken fairly.

My go to coffee place for quick bites and of course coffee. Staff and management have really stepped up in making sure customers are happy. One of their new managers, I’ve noticed coming in and out throughout the day always makes sure that the quality of the products sold is always excellent and that the cafe experience is always there.
