The WORST coffee shop experience in my life. The staff this morning was incredibly rude. I was the only customer and yet, he couldn't make ONE drink correctly. My matcha was not mixed so it tasted water down and the matcha powder was all clumps on the bottom of the cup.

This is my second time visiting, when it comes to service they had me and my mother wait for about 30min to get our coffee. The atmosphere is like going to your college friend's dorm to get a cup of instant coffee. the food is quite average, I have had the Avocado toast which was good no complaintsther, but the chocolate cake was barely edible.

Koko Coffee, a beautiful and amazing coffee shop right in the heart of Boston. From their blondie batter lattes, to their pistachio croissants, Koko Coffee never disappoints. The staff goes above and beyond to make the customer's experience enjoyable. The food is so well crafted and delicious, I had to go back for more. Farewell Dunkin Donuts, Koko Coffee is my new go-to coffee spot, and I highly recommend Koko Coffee to anyone in the Boston area.

Convenient location with good breakfast food. The breakfast sandwich and the pastries are fantastic! Coffee isn't the best and orders are sometimes incorrect (wrong milk or size). I really think they need someone else working there as the barista has to manage everything on her own which is crazy given how busy they often are. In the summer you can sit outside and enjoy which is nice. Not a lot of room to drink and eat inside- more of a grab and go spot

Aaaah, service. Every time it’s a different person. The music changes accordingly. Miss the pleasant girl from Poland. I don’t mind they are always out of something (different) because it is a very small place. Pastries seem homemade. Tasty. We do love the European atmosphere (=not corporate, chain) and like to sit at the one indoor table in the cold weather. There is more indoor seating in the lobby through the back door.

Very small place, obviously for takeout. Ordered oatmeal, out of it, ordered honey for plain yogurt, out of it. Ordered vanilla latte, barely any vanilla. Ordered breakfast sandwich with ham, paper thin and way overcooked. Unfortunately only coffee shop around. Where's Dunkin when you need them?

Nice place to have a cappuccino after a meal at Legal Seafood. One of the best cappuccinos I've ever had.

Absolutely fantastic cappuccino with the ideal balance of acidity and temperature. The barista, a delightful young woman, added a special touch to my experience. Keep up the good work; I'll definitely return for more!

Turn back now. The ultimate product we got was fine for the price, but the service was horrible. The staff were spaced out asking each other "How am I supposed to know?" Another customer ultimately served us our order because the staff couldn't figure it out.
