Hard boba and so sweet it will make your teeth hurt - would not recommend esp taro boba
Service was fast, one of the drinks was made wrong but the employee remade it without hesitation. I liked the taro milk tea, taro flavor is subtle but it was good
STEAR CLEAR UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT OR PLUMBING
Unsure if this location has faulty pipes, bad cleaning, or management that is not strict on employee handwashing.
Either way the result is the same, months of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. IF one boba drink is worth that to you then this location is the place to go, otherwise reread the first line. I was incredibly disappointed by this as this has been my first bad experience with the Kung Fu Tea chain as a whole.
The service was horrible..No one greets when you walk in, also always with a mad face and not customer service friendly, hopefully management takes control soon I really love the place but hate going in
Drinks are great but the costumer service is terrible!!! When I say Hi or Thanks to them, they never respond me! And the cashier is yelling sometimes..
Very rude!
Terrible costumer services!!!
server very rude.
This location has Lunch breaks and Dinner breaks from 1-1:30PM and 6-6:30PM.
There is no official google store time update but they have a post-it on their door.
Absolutely love the place, amazing customer service, and great Boba

I've had good experiences here in the past, but apparently they aren't staffing appropriately - the last two times I've tried to stop in, no one's been there during their purported open hours. Once there were two of us standing at the counter waiting for 5+ minutes with no staff presence, today there was a note on the door explaining when they'd be back. I'd think that a business that has to rely on drop in business would want to prioritize catching those walk-in customers, but apparently management has other priorities. Makes me less likely to stop by in the future, which is disappointing!
ETA: *of course* existing staff should get their meal and other breaks. It's a management decision to not staff appropriately to accommodate those - and I won't support a business that is persistently putting their staff in that position.
Please add a description of what is what.
Staff are super nice came in and paid in quarters, I felt so embarrassed but the workers were nice patient and understanding truly great service and drinks are good.
Not open during business hours.
