This location has Lunch breaks and Dinner breaks from 1-1:30PM and 6-6:30PM.
There is no official google store time update but they have a post-it on their door.

I've had good experiences here in the past, but apparently they aren't staffing appropriately - the last two times I've tried to stop in, no one's been there during their purported open hours. Once there were two of us standing at the counter waiting for 5+ minutes with no staff presence, today there was a note on the door explaining when they'd be back. I'd think that a business that has to rely on drop in business would want to prioritize catching those walk-in customers, but apparently management has other priorities. Makes me less likely to stop by in the future, which is disappointing!
ETA: *of course* existing staff should get their meal and other breaks. It's a management decision to not staff appropriately to accommodate those - and I won't support a business that is persistently putting their staff in that position.

Staff are super nice came in and paid in quarters, I felt so embarrassed but the workers were nice patient and understanding truly great service and drinks are good.
The manager let us waited for 20 minutes and solved Nothing. Their app is a complete scan.

A great display of choices! A nice place to go solo or with friends. I like the window seating because there is lots of natural light. My boba always tastes yummy and fresh, and I haven’t been disappointed! They have a wide array of choices including boba with milk caps, fruit boba teas, taro flavor, and more! I quite like this boba place and it’s right next to Cleveland circle, too!
