I just bought two drink this evening. I paid total $14 for my order. While I was waiting for the drink I saw the guy only filled my cup with water but not tea all the way to the rim. I dont know why he did that. I would not recommend this place. I would rate 0 star for this business.

Service was okay, when I got my drinks I didn't even notice that one of my drinks didn't include boba even though I ordered both drinks with boba. I got charged for it too. I had already left and it was too late to go back, it was pretty pricey for both drinks with toppings too.

Love this chain. Taro Milk tea is made of earl grey tea, great combo. Other good choices I've had is the sesame matcha, and the winter melon
I ordered a Large Thai Iced Tea with Boba. I am aware they have a different Thai Tea recipe that does not contain food coloring so the Tea will not have the typical orange color I expect. But it tastes just like a regular Kung Fu milk tea. Which is fine, but not what I ordered.If I had known I would have gotten my normal Mango Slush with Mango Jellies; which is very basic, probably a mix, but still tasty.

The boba tea is always amazing. I usually get milk tea from here and it’s always good. The reason I rated this place four stars is because this isn’t top tier fancy boba tea this is just quick nice boba tea. I recommend this place to people who like boba or want a sweet treat.

Feel like this is not an actual bubble tea. The bobba is not soft and taste is ok. Lot of other places which have better bobba in Boston. I asked for taro milk tea and they gave me a plain milk tea
