I often come here for the Oreo slush. I've noticed whenever I come in to order, there is a specific worker who tells me they are out of the Oreo Slush every single time. No other worker has ever told me this, and when I order online it's always ready when I arrive. Today after him telling me they don't have it (as he does each and every time) I decided to place an online order because I felt he was just saying this to avoid making my beverage. A few minutes later the exact drink he said they're out of was ready on the counter. I said thank you and he wouldn't even make eye contact with me. This is completely unacceptable and not a way a worker should be representing the business. If anybody wants their drink, make sure you order online or you risk a lazy worker not feeling like making it.

Ordered a oolong tea with milk foam. They put chai seeds in it. Apparently there was a misunderstanding, and I’m fine with waiting again. Then I asked for a redo, they argued what I asked for it’s called milk cup, never heared of milk foam before. NO REDO. My only option was to take what they offered.

I will be honest, Kung Fu Tea used to be my favorite spot for Boba tea, but with the rise of other boba tea shops and also a change here, I don't plan on ever coming back.

The menu changed drastically, so much that one location nearly 10 minutes away from this spot has a completely different menu than this location. I came inside looking to buy the drink (a Mango Snow) and this spot not only did not have that, but also did not have a Lychee Green Tea or a Oreo Slush.

The quality of the tea has also gone downhill. I now typically get stomach problems after drinking the tea, and the boba also has a weird inconsistent taste that changes day by day.

I don't know, it still offers a bit more variety than other spots, but the quality and change from a robust to more minimalist menu isn't suiting my tastes. I don't plan to come back anytime soon.

y’all, it made me so sad. i got my first boba in two months and was so excited for it, there wasn’t NO boba although i paid for it. leaving without checking the drink was the first mistake, i thought i could trust y’all to make a BOBA TEA with BOBA, i then realized the overly sweet, powdered taro flavored milk had no boba in it. too late for me to turn back
since it was so late at night. i recommend to go to gong cha across the street. boston boba game needs to step up….

Something has changed for the worse. I am used to a richer thai tea with the light orange tint from the spice mix but this tasted nothing like Thai tea; it just tasted like a powdered milk tea mix with no distinct flavor. The boba tasted off to me as well so I threw away the rest. Service was fine but I can’t go back after this experience.

Note the menu they have displayed is limited relative to the true menu which is online! They do have coconut bubble tea.

I like the milk cap matcha with boba but the quality appears to be lacking these days...

I have been a loyal customer for years, but the quality of their boba tea is worse and worse. I ordered a watermelon milk tea with 30% sugar which means I prefer less sweetness, the staff told me the sugar level is not adjustable, and did not warn me about how sweet it will be. As a result, he spent 25 second to make me a super sweet tea that is not drinkable. The price is more and more ridiculous too, so there it goes $8 went completely wasted???
