This Kured grazing table (catering & set-up) was an absolute hit at our recent event! The presentation was beyond incredible and the food was so tasty. Joanna was absolutely wonderful to work with - great communication and always an excited attitude. I am very grateful for her willingness to accommodate all of our unique needs. I’m a regular at Kured and usually love coming here, especially since I can build my own sandwich, and it’s always been priced consistently at around $17.50. But my experience today with a new employee named Kai was nothing short of terrible.
First, Kai fussed around with a single sandwich order. When he finally got to me, he acted like it was a huge hassle. I went through my usual order, but then he told me the total was $27. Seriously? I’ve never paid anything close to that.
When I questioned the price, Kai seemed dismissive and even smug, saying something like, “Well, that’s what it costs today.” No apology, no explanation – just a rude attitude as if my business didn’t matter. I mentioned that I’m a regular customer and have always paid around $17.50 for the exact same sandwich.
It’s not even about the overcharge at this point; it’s about the principle. No customer – especially a loyal one – should be treated like this. And what’s with the inconsistency in pricing? If Kured wants to keep its regulars, they might want to reconsider who they put behind the counter. Kai, unfortunately, was unprofessional, rude, and made this one of the worst customer service experiences

paid $13 lox bagel after seeing so many posts on instagram & tiktok abt this place, please explain to me how i got more arugula & tomatoes than salmon ( which was one whole piece that is so thin you can’t even taste it ). i’m from chicago so i get that prices is higher in bigger cities but i just pretty much paid for dry bread with a side salad and one piece of smoked salmon.

I saw this place on instagram a long time ago and have been meaning to check it out! I was having my sister over and decided to order a make your own charcuterie board to go with the wine she was bringing and was not disappointed! Everything was delicious and very decent portions for 3 meats, 3 cheeses, 3 sides and bread for just $25. Can’t wait to order again the next time I have people over!!

I had a toasted lox bagel and it was just delicious. Crispy bagel with fresh ingredients. I missed a cup of coffee with it but for food , it is amazing. Faccacia’s baguette different bagel types… a great place
