This sandwich was exactly what I was craving!! A grilled turkey Italian, on delicious focaccia bread (although all the options looked delicious!). They also have good drink options, & I plan to come back & try the charcuterie! A perfect one shop stop for a picnic in the park.

So obsessed with Kured. I was initially drawn in by their make your own charcuterie, which is super fun, customizable, and great for a snack or a meal! Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are just as great. Sometimes I’ll even just pop in for one of their specialty cold brew coffees. You really cannot go wrong. Service is always awesome and friendly. There’s nothing like it in the city!

I was so excited for this. I just got a kidney transplant and am able to eat meat and cheeses again. I paid $50 for a single box. It came with like nothing. 4 little cubes of each cheese and 3 pieces of each meat. The salami looked like regular deli meat. This place is a scam. I do not recommend ordering any charcuterie from this location. Make your own or go somewhere else.

This Kured grazing table (catering & set-up) was an absolute hit at our recent event! The presentation was beyond incredible and the food was so tasty. Joanna was absolutely wonderful to work with - great communication and always an excited attitude. I am very grateful for her willingness to accommodate all of our unique needs. I would absolutely recommend!!

I’m a regular at Kured and usually love coming here, especially since I can build my own sandwich, and it’s always been priced consistently at around $17.50. But my experience today with a new employee named Kai was nothing short of terrible.

First, Kai fussed around with a single sandwich order. When he finally got to me, he acted like it was a huge hassle. I went through my usual order, but then he told me the total was $27. Seriously? I’ve never paid anything close to that.

When I questioned the price, Kai seemed dismissive and even smug, saying something like, “Well, that’s what it costs today.” No apology, no explanation – just a rude attitude as if my business didn’t matter. I mentioned that I’m a regular customer and have always paid around $17.50 for the exact same sandwich.

It’s not even about the overcharge at this point; it’s about the principle. No customer – especially a loyal one – should be treated like this. And what’s with the inconsistency in pricing? If Kured wants to keep its regulars, they might want to reconsider who they put behind the counter. Kai, unfortunately, was unprofessional, rude, and made this one of the worst customer service experiences
