Terrible food and worst service. I wonder how someone can screw a sandwich, and then you order from here to figure out how. Should have gone to another vendor. Don't waste money and appetite on Kutzu!

Worst Pad Krapow ever! Not stir-fry at all.Never seen any bean sprout, carrot, raffish in an authentic Pad Krapow before.Avoid this place.

Finally got to try this place after just passing by and wanting to try for a long time, but to my much disappointment, I did not enjoy the food nor the service at all. I got Korean grilled beef pho, but to my surprise beef they used had nothing to dk with any sort of Korean taste. Spice was not Korean at all and unfortunately it did not go really well with the rest of the soup nor the noodle. They also had sob noodle for pho, which was really off for me and also made it very disharmonious. The broth however was what could've linked everything but miserably failed to do so. I was here on Saturday for lunch and given how empty the food hall was, was very surprised to see that the service was really bad. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it started with no greeting or explanation that I asked for and even when the food came out, I didn't get any sense of kindness. I think them trying to try out fusion style and calling themselves fusion lab is admirable and I am willing to try their other dish next time. Hopefully it's less disappointing than the experience I had today

Good size sandwich.. had originally wanted the jasmine rice bowl but they were out! The guy was friendly and suggested other things and answered my questions. The sandwich tasted ok.. had a unique flavor but I loved the spice! Had jalapeños on it mixed with something sweet which was a nice balance

My coworkers and I stopped at High Street Market for lunch. I was pretty hungry, so I figured a rice bowl would be perfect to fill me up. After meandering around a bit, I decided on Kutzu. As with most of the other establishments at High Street, Kutzu is a food stall, so you just order at the counter. The service was pretty fast and the staff called out names as food was ready. As for ambiance, the vibes at the market itself are pretty nice and there is decent seating available. While filling, my lunch was a bit lackluster. Everything in the bowl was prepared nicely, but the flavors weren't quite up to my standard. The real disappointment was the beef. Usually the star of the bibimbap is sautéed beef, but in this case, they used some sort of ground beef, and it just wasn't the same. I did enjoy the fried egg and gochujang, but they just weren't enough to make up for the disappointing beef.

I ordered bibimbap & it was bad. Radishes and kimchi tasted like if they were expired, ground beef didn't taste fresh either. The bowl was inedible. I took two bites and threw it out. Paid $22 for food and a tea drink + tips. Very bad, won't come back here.

The food is edible - don't get me wrong, but it's not what I expected when I get this dish. I think the ground beef is the biggest thing that threw me off. Spinach and bean sprouts were blanched fine but had so much moisture still which made the entire dish pretty wet. The gochujang kind of overpowered the entire flavor profile and was felt through the entire time. Service was just one guy working the kitchen and payment. So I can't blame the quality if they're understaffed.

I'm a person who doesn't really leave a review, but I’m writing it for the public good. The food here is terrible. The soup tastes like medicine. It says ‘Korean’ on the menu, but there is no such food like this in Korea. I don't want foreigners to try this and misunderstand Korean food. Just because kimchi is in it doesn't make it Korean food.

Don’t like runny egg but got the bibimbap. Was really good! The daikon was a lil gross but everything else in the was tasty flavorful and filling.

I never post reviews, but this was the worst pho I have ever had, but the true crime is charging $17 for it. The broth was completely flavorless (tasted like water), and the noodles tasted like cheap ramen. Chicken was actually okay, but can't make up for it. A disgrace to Pho.

Very ehhh.. got the Vietnamese chicken pho-ramen bowl. There just was not enough flavor in anything.. broth tasted like water with pepper in it. Every once in a while you got a taste of something spicy, but still no flavor just a kick of spicy. Very strange honestly, not comparable at all to standard ramen/pho places. Others got rice bowls and were also disappointed.

I never post a review. You guys don’t even deserve 1 star. $19 for chicken sandwich with truffle pate. One of the worse sandwiche I ever had. There isn’t any truffle flavor in the pate, chicken was dry, sandwich was too small for $14. I think you guys should just close down. $3 banh mi in Dorchester taste 100 times better.

Fresh ingredients. Good portion. The flavors were not in harmony and the meal was rather dry. The chicken had a weird consistency and protein portion is small. Overall mediocre for price
