Kwench in downtown Boston is excellent in terms of service, cleanliness and quality. Their bowls and smoothies are delicious. Mike

Don’t normally review places but was really excited for my $$$$ açaí bowl and coffee. Açaí bowl very minimal toppings and absolutely no flavor - tastes like blended ice. Coffee tastes gritty like the grinded beans are still in it and weren’t properly filtered :(
The smoothies are good, i probably go 2x a week, but the staff is generally rude (or at minimum, unfriendly).
Seems like an easy thing to fix.

the chocolate heaven smoothie was trash. it tasted sour and weird and nothing like coffee, chocolate, or peanut butter. the taste was like rotten banana mixed with sourness. it also has the worst aftertaste like dust. won’t be trying anything else from them :((

Steve is awesome and I'm a regular customer, service with a smile and my name & smiley faces on my smoothie cups!
Great Açaí bowls and smoothies, very fast and friendly service
5 star so good so yummy
First time here and kinda rushed my acai bowl order (Rainbow) and got the Vitamin C drink. Drink was good, exactly what I expected. Rainbow was more crunching and chewing of goji berries, but I still plan to return and try other items. One drink I did hear alot when I was there was Beast Mode. The space is very small, but they have nutrition facts in the shop to learn while you wait.

Açaí bowl was average at best. The use skippy peanut butter. Life Alive is way better.

Overpriced for what you get. $11 for a thin peanut butter smoothie is way too much.
