Overall, I loved the restaurant. They serve bread with olive oil, which is very tasty. The food is delicious, but the lasagna is definitely the best dish we ordered. Now, be careful, everyone, THERE IS A LOT OF FOOD. If you don't eat a lot, you can easily share it. There is a rule there that says that people need to eat one dish each, but whatever, just order an appetizer and this main course and you'll be fine.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The food is FANTASTIC. The portions are big and everything is so fresh and delicious. The calamari was the best I’ve ever had in my life. We shared the eggplant/chicken parm combo with rigatoni and it was wonderful. Don’t leave without ordering a cappuccino - it was delicious. I WILL be back!!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is—truly the best spot! Whether you’re upstairs or downstairs, the ambiance is perfect. The service is exceptional, with servers who not only provide top-notch hospitality but genuinely love what they do. And the food? Absolutely incredible. The homemade pasta is a must-try, and the portions are beyond generous—you’ll leave satisfied with plenty to take home. If you’re looking for a place that exceeds expectations and gives you more than your money’s worth, this is it!

This used to be my favorite restaurant, we drive 40 minutes each time. My favorite dish is the chicken parm combo.. but tonight it seems they changed their original dish to what i would call.. chicken parm soup? i'm not sure if the chef forgot to strain the pasta before plating the dish. Not sure if we'll be back unfortunately, definitely taken back by this entire visit.

I can't describe how satisfied I was and how much I enjoyed the food. As an Italian food eater I could say this was one of the best Italian restaurants I've been. From the bread at the beginning, to my entree that was an amazing pasta, with NO defects. Portion was giant and 2 people could eat it easily. I can't recommend this place enough! Just go

Excellent dinner, service, and ambiance. Prices fair and portions are huge. I'd eat here every day, but I live 150 miles away. We had a big party so we were sat right at our reservation time. Walking past the line that stretched out the door was awkward, but that's the deal.
Parking: It's the North End, leave your car at home.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids love pasta, and the portions are big, so share yours and save a buck or two
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a chance

As a walk-in on a Thursday night, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get a table. The two hostesses were welcoming, and one even checked in on me during my meal. Roseanne’s recommendation of the gemelli pasta was spot on! Since I need to avoid gluten, I appreciated being offered gluten-free garlic toast with fresh marinara as an appetizer—it was delicious. My main course, shrimp and broccoli Alfredo, was superb and I ended the meal with an affogato, the perfect finish to a fantastic dining experience. This was my second visit, and once again, it did not disappoint!
Dietary restrictions: Delicious Gluten Free options .. and plenty of them

The homemade pasta wasn’t cooked well. And the pink vodka sauce was definitely not one of the nice ones I have had.
Randomly chose La Famiglia Giorgio’s while strolling through the neighborhood and it was delightful. The tortellini bolognese was perfect. Huge portions. They mixed up my order a little bit. The server was very apologetic and totally made good on it. Superior food and service. Cozy atmosphere. We left there very eager to go back again.

Ok so I don’t live too far from Boston, and one place I strongly enjoy whenever I visit the city is La Famiglia Giorgio’s in Boston. Everything here is cooked perfectly and everything is fully italian. The bread, Pasta, and all the stuff along those lines are imported directly from Italy.
I’ve bounced around here before. I tend to get Pasta with meetballs or Chicken Parmesan with Penne. Both are always excellent. And the service is amazing, attentive, and quick.
When me and my friend showed up around 6:15 PM on 2/15/2025, the restaurant was so busy and there were guests waiting for a table. One thing I will complain about is the fact this restaurant ONLY does walk-ins, no reservations! Many other restaurants use a system like OpenTable or Resy to manage their tables, and create reservations. Not here. I would have enjoyed it much more if I could have made a reservation ahead of time or at least have put my name in the queue before I left so I wouldnt have been stuck waiting for 1 hour in <20°F weather.
Aside from that, I look forward to coming back and having another enjoyable meal here soon

Parking: Parking here will not be free. And most definitely not even cheap. The closest garage is the Government Center Garage. And theres no validation offered here. And yet that is like a 15 minute walk from here
