We got a table for 20 to celebrate a birthday. Everything was amazing. Everyone loved the food and the servers were very kind and patient with our rowdy group. Highly recommend for large groups and celebrations. For food, the pupusas and Salvadoran dishes were the highlights.

Offer a wide selection of tasty Mexican & South American food and have huge portion size! The value is insane. They also open till late which makes it a good option for late night flights.

Outstanding service. The menu and bar selection is fantastic. The food is authentic and serving sizes are humongous. Can't say enough wonderful things about the atmosphere and servers at La Hacienda. We will return!!

Noisy busy neighborhood joint serves authentic Mexican food and drinks plus Central American selections like pupusas. All the food is tasty, even the chips and salsa. Fair price, great friendly bilingual service. Parking very difficult in the area

I ordered a shrimp plate. There was only 6 small shrimp and all grass and nothing more. I had to pay $19 dollars for the plate. The menu needs more work.
Love this place! Everything is delicious. Highly recommend the steak fajitas!

Great neighborhood restaurant in East Boston. My wife and I ordered the carne asada and the shrimp with onions and garlic -- both were awesome! The service and music made our experience a wonderful evening.
Always great food and great service.

Went there to listen to the mariachis. We had a very good Mexican dinner and left with a memorable experience.
The food here was actually amazing — no complaints there. Unfortunately, everything else ruined the experience. The prices are shockingly high compared to other restaurants in the area, and the service from our waiter was downright terrible.
He barely visited our table, and when he did, it was only to push us for more tips. In the beginning, I asked his name, which was clearly fake. Later, he started openly complaining about having to share tips with the bar and hosts, which is unbelievably unprofessional. At one point, he basically told us if we didn’t like his service, too bad — as if hospitality doesn’t matter.
Tips are supposed to be based on service, and the decision is entirely up to the customer. Begging for more money while overcharging for the meal is not how you treat guests. My friends and I will never come back to this place. Truly disappointing.
