The food is traditional and delicious! Reina is a charming and welcoming owner that is a staple in the neighborhood. A great restaurant to patron if you’re in East Boston.

The food was really good. The rice was a little mushy, but that's only because I'm used to nicaraguan Gallo Pinto, and they make their rice and beans dryer. The service was fast, and the grils were great. The place is small but cozy. The portions were large as well.

I've tried the pupusas from almost everywhere out here and this place wins by a long shot! Hands down the best I've had in Eastie. I tried some from a different place tonight and was beyond disappointed that I did. I'm not sure that I'll find a place that'll top the ones here or even come close. You can definitely get some good pupusas in Eastie, but I'm convinced that the best ones are made here!!! I'm a big fan of their bean & cheese🤌🏼

This is one a those nice restaurant around East Boston , so you have to stop by here to taste their delicious food, so I highly recommend them to All my family and friends to enjoy cafetería la Reyna food.
Dropped by here at random for breakfast because I was staying close by at an Airbnb to go to the airport. Never had Salvadorian food so nothing to compare to but this was great! My wife got a chicken burrito that was huge! I got the Super Breakfast that came with grilled beef, fried pork, plantain, scrambled eggs, refried beans, cheese, and 2 tortillas. I was stuffed and the food was just really fresh and tasty. I would 100% come back if I'm ever in the area again.

A great neighborhood place for very good Salvadorian-Mexican food. Everything I’ve tried here its been good. Burritos, Carne asada, beef soup, very good service and reasonable prices !!! You can enjoy your dinner with a cold beer or a non-expensive bottle of wine!!
