What is happening to my one time favorite Haitian food hot spot? The past few times the food has been inconsistent. One visit the food is really good, next time something is wrong. Recently I had raw boullette, burt rice and burnt sauce pwa. Last time the rice was salty. The cooks need to set a standard for consistent food. Gone are the days of cook to taste. Measure the ingredients and make a standard. I want my old Las Vegas back. One positive is the customer service is better. The people taking orders are nicer.
Great lunch value fresh made fried pork. Rice full of flavor. Ordered online was hot and ready once picked up... Will be back next week!

Food was not good at all. Service was basic, no smiles or greetings. Restaurant has no real seating or anything. Just a wide open space. As someone who LOVES Haitian food I can say I’ve never had anything taste like this. Sorry.
