This spot was legendary, where all locals would gather. Spots like Alex Chimis, Yellys, Miami restaurant and Top Mix are all attracting and keeping new customers in the area. Latino’s Owners are still around, but new workers not doing restaurant its justice. They sell and up sell for a sale. Customer service needs attention.

My mother is a regular here so I have nothing bad to say about it, the food is tasty, the service is good. Just be ready to walk into a Dominican environment with loud music and people yelling over a baseball game. It's fun to be honest. The food has gotten a bit pricey but it's still worth it. If you want to get out of the day to day routine, get in there, sit down, order food, a couple of beers and prepare to listen to wonderful Dominican music and laugh because people in there are funny. Most of them are regulars, but don't let that intimidate you. Everyone is kind.

I ordered mangu and it was watery and flavorless. As for the pickled onion on top it wasn’t pickled. Just raw cut onions on top of my mangu

Was really hungry and looking for some Latin food to eat as I got out of work recently so decided to try this place out . For starters the server was rude that took my order . She had an attitude for some reason but that’s a turn off for customers . Second the food was 12 which is reasonable but the plate she served me to go was definitely not 12 dollars and there was more bones there than any real meat . Beans to go and it was more like broth to go for my rice . As far as the flavoring , if you don’t want heart burns AVOID IT and a little too salty on the stewed chicken. Definitely will not eat here again 👎🏽

I want to put here a photo of the meat I ordered, it is the churrasco, so that people know what they are going to receive when they order it, it is practically a piece of cardboard. The rice was good and the beans a little watery. The Mofongo was very good

I went for a meal, I paid for avocado and a soda, the avocado if my husband doesn't ask if they put it in they don't give it and they didn't give the soda either, and I paid 32.00 dollars for the order, my husband ordered coors and they brought him Heineken, I should work with tickets when taking the order so that they are guided by that and provide better service, that is why I have stopped buying food from the Dominican restaurant here in Boston ?
Okra was the best I've had in Boston! Tostones were great too.
Vegetarian options: Some veg and vegan options!

Great food! Prices are a little bit off (their prices on the menu have not been updated— a 18 dollar dish was 20). We had great service but i definitely think me speaking some Spanish helped. The food tasted great! I had ox tail with black beans and rice.
