I had the levain cookie in nyc and it was very warm and moist inside and crispy on outside. But the levain cookie I had here was not as good as the one I had before. It was not warm at all, and the inside part of cookie was not moist. Honestly it just tasted like insomnia cookie, which was disappointing. I hope it would be improved.
Ted, the manager as well as sam, are exceptionally people oriented. The delicacies that Levain Bakery creates are a delight all senses. The secret is in the chocolate.
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level on Newbury Street.

Delicious pastry in town. I ordered the dark chocolate cookies and banana bread, and both of them were so tasty. The cookies was not too sweet, but it would be great if u consumed it with black coffee. Moreover, I loved the melt chocolate inside the cookies.
The banana bread was also delicious. Not too sweet, and the chocolate chips gave additional delicacy.
FYI, I got both pastries at $11.70.
The bakery was clean, and the service was fast. Really loved the Boston Map on the wall.

Delicious, for some reason they can’t put more than 8 cookies in the tin, which is odd but the cookies are different from any other I have ever had.

This place hand down has great service, great staff, and overall take the time to put together some of the best looking bake goods you could images. If your in to it give it a go they won’t disappoint. I loved it and will return.
Parking: Well it is in back bay so it’s more of if your commuting by train it is on Newbury street it rarely parking but again ordering ahead you can always double park and run and grab your order.
Kid-friendliness: Doesn’t seem like a place that dislike kids so bring them along sure they would love any of the goods they have.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor you’ll be able to access

These cookies are simply not good if you enjoy a cookie that tastes homemade and not super processed. It is dry even when fresh, it lacks salt or any buttery flavor, which I feel like is essential to a cookie, and I do not understand the hype. I tried the chocolate with peanut butter, two chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin all lack luster. People who worked here were so kind but the fact that people write these are some of the best cookies in Boston is a bit mystifying. Not even worth a return trip to see if they get better.

Great, wide variety of cookies, but it wasn't warm as it typically is.
We always make it a point to go to Levain Bakery every time we’re in Boston or New York. Their cookies are fresh and delicious. We need a location in Toronto 🇨🇦

Levain's iced latte is the best iced coffee I've ever had. I typically drink coffee once or twice a week, but since I started getting it here, I've found myself craving it more often. What sets Levain's latte apart from others is its strong and aromatic flavor. When you add milk, it becomes smooth while still retaining a rich coffee taste, which distinguishes it from many other places I've tried.

Staff were not very personable. Seemed annoyed that we were trying to decide what to order. Then the cookies we ordered were terrible. Fall chocolate chunk special cookie was overly hard on top and bottom, yet underbaked inside. All chocolate had dropped to the bottom so they don’t seem to have been mixed correctly. For $5 plus a cookie, we hoped for more.
