The team at Levain Bakery helped make my son's 16th birthday extra special, and I'm so grateful! Sixteen can be such a hard age to celebrate in a way that feels meaningful, but they completely delivered. From the beginning, they were so easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about making his day memorable. Though mom wasn't cool enough to tag along, they kindly sent videos showing just how happy and special he felt. It's clear they put real heart into what they do, and their warmth and attention to detail turned a simple bakery visit into a cherished birthday memory. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I love this Levain bakery location! It smells fantastic even before you walk through the doors, then it’s so warm and cozy inside, just like biting into one of the crispy on the outside, soft on the inside cookies!

Maggie is the coolest and sweetest and definitely helped me with my cookie crashout! Who knew all I needed this finals season were seeets from Levain?

See y’all next semester!

Salt is a necessary ingredient in cookies. At almost $6 a cookie they should have some flavor other than flour and chocolate chips. They are somehow both over and under baked while having ZERO flavor. You are better off getting a grocery store packaged cookie because the flavor to value ratio atleast makes sense.

Cole Hensen helped my family and I during our visit to the store, and was the most kind, accommodating, and helpful person! I’m allergic to nuts but am tolerant with cross contamination, so Cole made sure to keep any other items my family members purchased separate from the chocolate chip cookie I purchased and even washed his hands throughly, changed gloves, and use different tongs to grab the cookie from a fresh batch in the back. He did everything possible to eliminate the cross contamination and was so kind and smiled through the extra effort. I’ve never felt so taken care of in regards to my allergy, and his kindness is something I will always remember as part of my family’s trip to Boston. :)
