We got 4 mini cupcakes & they put them in a box with nothing holding them in place/ no dividers, without letting us know. We were careful, but ultimately they all tipped over and got smushed into each other, so we had to throw them away. They should improve this/ let the customer know nothing is holding the cupcakes in place.

This is a really cute place but I wasn’t impressed with the cupcake. It was a red velvet cupcake that was not moist and the icing was way way too sweet. I did not finish mine. The other issue is, it was way too expensive for the tiny cupcake they sell you.

I recently ordered 4 dozen mini cup capes for a party and there were some issues with my order, however, Madison and Taylor responded to my email with minutes offering to resolve the issue. I’m very impressed with their responsiveness and how much they care about their customers’ experience. Would definitely recommend!

The cupcakes are pricey but really good here . They also come in a cute little box the picture is below . If you’re in the area treat yourself . They are like $7.00 for a small cupcake, but they are good and cute .
Can’t compare to Georgetown cupcakes or magnolia bakery. Artificial coloring and artificial flavoring.

This place is not just a delicious cupcake shop, but they a pillar of great customer service. I made an order for a dozen cupcakes same day and to my unfortunate bad luck, they called me stating that the order was missed and will not be fulfilled on time - on Valentine’s Day/Wife’s birthday. The owner refused to let this go, and after the baker had already left, she assumed the responsibility, came into the shop herself, and was able to fulfill the order. I’ve been to many other places where the staff’s obsequious nature did not coincide with their level or service, but boy did this place DELIVER! Thank you!! I will continue to be a customer here. It deems necessary to be repetitious by saying their cupcakes are AMAZINGLY GOOD! You all made my night.
