Really delicious food! I got the lobster grilled cheese and it comes with fries. It is made with sourdough bread and everything tasted very fresh. It’s a rather small place so it may be hard to find seating during lunch rush but other than that it was amazing!!

Nice outside dining if the weather is good. Burgers and lobster rolls are delicious but it is a popular spot on weekends so waiting for food can be an issue at times. Expect cute birds to watch you eat
Wheelchair accessibility: Tables outside but no access to bathrooms downstairs

The lobster roll was decent but for the price you can def get better and the lobster mac and cheese was so expensive for some sorry mac and cheese and maybe 3 pieces of lobster meat. Kraft mac and cheese would have been better... not to mention we waited over 45 min for our food??? I saw 3 tables get seated and served before our food came out? And we all ordered lobster rolls???? Hello???? Unhelpful and unfriendly staff, overpriced food, and its not even that good. If you MUST come here stick to the roll.

Had a horrible experience. Waited for more than 40 minutes for our food while other groups who ordered after us got the same exact items we ordered before us. The Mac and cheese was 25 dollars but a 2min microwaved Kraft mac and cheese would’ve been 10x better. The lobster rolls were okay, but the service was so slow and so inattentive I would never return. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Great food with great employees that are very attentive and welcoming.
It was pretty disappointing. The clam chowder had very few clams and potatoes and was so watery. I couldn’t believe a bowl cost almost $10. The lobster roll was decent. The lobster meat was fresh but the bun was not toasted or buttered so we just ate the lobster meat out of it. The crab cake was so bad we had to ask for a refund. It smelled off and tasted foul. I’m not sure why the reviews are so high for this place.

Ordered their lobster mac and it was the worst thing i’ve ever tasted. they only give you lobster LEGS that are tasteless. there’s barely any cheese for the mac and they used bow tie pasta. 0/10

Lobstah on a roll is located in the heart of Newbury Street, with outdoor and indoor dining options.
The service was very good. They brought our food out in a timely manner and made sure our meal was to our perfection. They walked us through the menu and even helped us through with a discount we had gotten.
The atmosphere is nice. The outdoor dining has some umbrella overhangs to protect against the sun, though it does have a bit of a cramped space on the outdoor dining in the street.
The food is exceptional. I got the clam strips with fries, which were fried lightly and had a good seasoning on the fries. We also tried the lobster roll, which was ok for the price, but tasted really good. The clam chowder and lobster bisque was good as well. The clam chowder was a little thick but still smooth enough to taste great with crackers.
Overall a wonderful place for a quick bite on newbury street.

I got the mussels plate, it was just mussels cooked in Rao’s marinara sauce. I asked the waitress if it comes with any carb she said a toasted piece of bread. The order didn’t come with the bread upon reminder they got me 2 pieces of bread on a paper no plate, just bread on a paper laying on the table. Their tipping options were 20-25-30% couldn’t choose lower. This costed me 25$ . Not worth it. Not sure why I got this treatment. It was the tall yt passing and short Spanish speaking one(she behaved as if she doesn’t understand English only while she spoke with when I asked about the order)

Very good lobster roll but as usual never enough for me. Pricier as all the rest. Went when area was blocked off, giving the neighborhood an elegant charm
