The place smells old the minute you walk in. The clam chowder was so thick you could almost cut it! The lobster bisque was just kind of flat. The Cole slaw had no flavor. Had to add some salt and pepper. The lobster roll was disappointing. The most disappointing was the presentation. Food came out on styrofoam and plastic.
I hope this was just an off day!

The food was good for what it is. But boy is it pricey. $30 plus for a Lobster roll. Auch. But at least they were tasty. Service is excellent and charming. There’s not much atmosphere (though good tunes).

I ordered the Lobster Mac-and-Cheese for $25. It was just pasta with water and a few bits of lobster. No taste or sign of ANY cheese.

Lobster roll was good, lobster bisque had too much cream in it and the haddock had too much butter.

We were hesitant to walk in being the only people in the restaurant, I’m so thankful we stayed! The food was so yummy, our server was so thoughtful and sweet, and overall really clean!

When you walk in, it doesn’t smell the best. When I walked in, it was a mixture of sewage and generally uncleanliness. Despite that, they had the door open to let in fresh air, and the smell became less apparent.
The food was really good and seemed fresh. Decently priced for what they give. The woman serving was extremely friendly and matronly. The onion rings were the best I’ve had in awhile.
While I don’t recommend dining in, I think to-go or sitting outside would be best.

Just received my order and found multiple dark hairs throughout the Bostonian. After many suggestions to try their lobster rolls this is extremely disappointing.

I ordered the Lobstah Ramen and I swear it tasted exactly like the Nongshim ramen they sell in grocery stores for like $2 — I suspect that’s what they used. The lobster was also chewy and not that flavorful. The outdoor seating was cramped. Our waitress was nice but not super friendly. Definitely overpriced for the quality of food and overall dining experience.

Lobstah rolls were very expensive, but tasted great. Large chunks of meet, Not drowned in dressing. Chowdah was extremely disappointing!
