A funny place that has a hole in the wall vibe but is on a main thoroughfare. It is recommendeded as the best lobster roll in town for a reason but offers a wide selection as well. Definitely not as sparkly as the other places on the street but serves you up the best.

It was our first time trying a lobster roll, and WOW. We have never had anything like this before. Absolutely delicious, it completely exceeded our expectations. The lovely woman who was serving us even gave us a bowl of chowder on the house to start with which was also amazing! She was so friendly and attentive. The prices are so reasonable for what you get. Couldn’t recommend this place more, we hope to get back here before we go home. (Also, the list of places to see in Boston on the end of the menu was a nice touch!)Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible- it is located down steps on Newbury street.

This was my first lobster roll. It was a 10/10 and the service was really sweet. Good music and priced fairly esp compared to the "fancy" places down the street. Someone called it "dirty" in a review but it was really clean and causal. Will be back next time I'm in town :)

Got the Bostonian, as well as the bisque and clam chowder. The bisque is smooth and flavorful. The chowder is creamy and delicious, also with lots of clams in it which is great. The Bostonian is a hit, lobster is fresh and full. Overall very reasonably

We just came in from nyc for the weekend and have been craving a lobster roll. When I tell you this place has got to have my FAVORITE lobster roll ive ever had. The bread is made in house and is amazing. They do not skimp on lobster. We ordered the Bostonian hot with butter, and a lobster mac and cheese. The lady hooked it up. The mac was packed with juicy lobster claw. The service was also amazing! The lovely lady even gave us a list of things to do while we are here and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. We are going to come back for another before we leave. Please support this local business!
