Delicious! Really incredible octopus and the ricotta gnocchi was perfect and pillowy. Chicken was out of this world!
A wonderful evening- delicious food, fabulous menu, impeccable service... our waiter was a gem! Can't wait to go back!
What a meal! Start to finish... a great cocktail at the bar, amazing food, everyone who works there is amazing! Will be back very soon
We sat at a high top in the bar - a little tight for space, but the food was delicious and our server was very friendly & engaging.,
Terrific menu options. The food was top notch - fresh ingredients, well prepared, well served.
The restaurant ambiance was a fantastic neighborhood feel. A refreshing change from the tourist filled establishments all along Hanover St. We were able to get seats at the bar before our reservation and our table was ready on time. The appetizers came out very quickly and were fresh and hot & the main courses were very fresh and well proportioned. The only downside was our waiter who, I have to say, put a bit of damper on the whole experience. He seemed rushed, annoyed and ready to leave from the moment we sat down. We were looking forward to trying Little Sage since it received a nod from Michelin, but I can only guess that our sever wasn't on duty the night the restaurant was shopped. He definitely put a cloud over the whole experience even though the rest of the staff were lovely and accommodating. We'll try again but will likely sit at the bar for dinner.
Excellent pasta and gnocchi. Sharply prepared as opposed to drowning in sauce like in so many local joints. Exceptional octopus and tuna tartare. Too bad service was a bit lackadaisical. Even the wines by the glass were good and not the usual ripoff. We'll be back.
The burrata with delicata squash was a delicious surprise. Get the butternut squash pasta if you a looking for a sweeter dish. Or try the lobster gnocchi if you are looking for something light but savory. Or split both like we did! Chicken was a standout like everyone said and the pork Milanese was also delicious. Also try the panna cotta. Service was excellent. We can't wait to go back!
Had an 8:45 reservation - we felt a bit rushed as kitchen was looking to close at 9:30; burrata/squash salad was very good as was the squid ink crab pasta and the lobster gnocchi. Nice energy in restaurant and good server. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely restaurant in the North End. The service was very warm and quick. My husband and I shared the ciabiatta and the kale salad, and each ordered a pasta. The food was very good, but I truly left the restaurant hungry. In retrospect I wish I asked if what we ordered would be enough as a meal.

The hostess greeted us graciously. Our waiter knew incredible details about the unique menu. For apps, try the Octopus and sweet pepper, also the tuna carpaccio. Both are incredible. The Branzino is delicious. The Lobster Gnocchi was also very good.
Not the best experience here, came for anniversary and felt rushed and deprioritized. Service was terrible but the chicken dish was magnificent. Everything else was just ok
The food was great and unique. The ruffly Mafalda pasta had a perfect texture and the lamb ragu made for a delightful combination. BF loved the whole branzino. We both went crazy over the Basil Panna Cotta with marinated strawberries and a delicious Soba drizzle. Amazing, nuanced flavors! Wow!! Our server was amazing.
The star here is the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the herbed flatbread (more than enough for two people), the baby greens salad and the bluefin tuna carpaccio. For entrees we had the baked fazoletti (wish there was more short rib in it) and the giannone chicken (heavenly). All of the food was really good. The ambiance is lacking (it was a former pizza shop and looks it) and I hope they invest some money in improving it in time. Service was okay, but we started off with the hostess indicating she didn't have an OpenTable reservation for us, despite my app saying we were already there and dining. After showing her my app, she ultimately found us a table. Our drink order took 15 minutes to fill despite the restaurant not being overly crowded at the time. As I started with, the food is outstanding!
Way too noisy! Difficult to have a conversation even with just one other person at a small table.
