I expected a far better experience. There is a dress code, but it was obvious that they didn't care what people were wearing because there was a nearby table that had four guys wearing baseball caps. $22 for a California roll is aggressive. Overall, not worth it.

We dined at Lola 42 on Christmas for a romantic dinner, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

The atmosphere was perfect for a date night : stylish, warm, and intimate, while still feeling lively. The space itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless.

We ordered the Escalar Roll Special, Poke Nachos, Tuna Burger, Snowy Mountain, and finished with the Basque Cheesecake : every single dish...

THE Asian infusion food spot of BOSTON! Do yourself a favor and go in make sure to leave a review cause the amounts of reviews they have don’t give them justice!!!! I’ve been on the search for a high end Asian food type of vibes ! No disrespect to Mr.H but just didn’t make the list & I’ve had philippe chow in different states, Sei Less, Jue Lan in NY so that’s my list! But in my home town didn’t have a spot.
