We spent a chilly November day in Boston’s Back Bay and a warm Mexican inspired dinner at Lolita was exactly what we needed to warm us up! This was our second time back after 8 years. We had fabulous service, food, and a cool atmosphere. We were catching up with friends and were grateful to not be rushed during our visit. We will be back again! Side note, we had a reservation and were visiting on a Thursday night. We were also asked if there were dietary restrictions prior to ordering which was great.
Value is questionable. Its a really nice place on the inside. Very low lit and dark. The plates are extremely small. It was $20 for two small tacos. The carne assada was an extremely small cut of beef. I tried both. The tacos were ok. The Assada was really good, but barely anything on the plate.
