Awesome ambiance and location. Perfect for date night and friends gathering. May not be quite for family with small kids as the music is loud. Service was great. It was a rainy day and we were runnung 15 min late from our reseeved time, we called and informed them . They said they could wait only 15 min and no more. So we dropped a friend to get the seats while we park but they said they needed 2 out of 3 to actually get the seats. I wish they were a little more understanding specially when we have been informing ahead of time. We finally got a table after runnibg around and enjoyed our time. Loved the food/drinks and our server so it all was good. Would definitely come back.

Horrible service hostess hold a waitlist for 1 hour because didn’t want to seat 2 people in a 4 top, so they had so many tables for nothing, door guy was obligating us to give our ID, how do you have a restaurant and ask for ID at 7pm??? Horrible place I left and won’t ever come back

I asked for a shot of blue class tequila and without consent I was given a double and charged 55$ and I had asked for two so my tab for two double shots was ridiculous and left a bad taste in my mouth due to the lack of communication and consideration I ask for a single shot and the bartender assume and does this apart from that I ordered two beers because it’s so hard to get a drink at the bar and just like that I had a tab of $134 dollars for two shots and two beers

My boyfriend and I had a really disappointing experience at Lolita’s Seaport. We arrived around 7pm and sat in the back bar which they call tequila lounge area with the couches. The host clearly told us this section was first-come, first-serve and not for reservations, so we ordered drinks and food and were enjoying our time.
We were planning to order more food and another round of drinks after ordering 2 appetizers and 4 cocktails, so we were just relaxing. Out of nowhere, our server came up to us and said, “There’s a reservation for this table in about 25 minutes, so we would have to take you guys out.” It felt so uncomfortable and honestly very rude, especially because this wasn’t even a reservation section.
It really felt like she just wanted to clear the table for a bigger group or people who would spend more, because we definitely weren’t done. The whole thing ruined the moment and made us feel rushed and unwelcome.
If a part of the bar is first-come, first-serve, you shouldn’t kick people out after they’ve already ordered and settled in. There are so many better places in Seaport that actually respect their guests. We won’t be returning.

Really cute place with a cool vibe. Bartender is rude. And also can't really make drinks. All the cocktails are very sweet.

So much fun! 🎉 It’s a bit of an adventure to find Lolita, but once you do, it’s totally worth it. The atmosphere is great, and the menu is full of creative dishes, it’s hard to choose just one!
The Spicy Artichoke Empanadas were delicious, filled with jalapeño yum yum, pickled corn, queso fresco, and chickpeas. They had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. The Hot Queso Dip (oaxaca, jack & cheddar, green chili, cilantro, taco spice) was the one miss for me. I was hoping for bolder flavor.
The Spicy Yucca Fritter Tacos were amazing, enchilada mayo, smoked habanero cheddar, and citrus cucumber slaw made for the perfect combo! That said, $17 for two small tacos felt a bit steep. On the flip side, the Mushroom Quesadilla was massive, packed with red chili mushrooms, smoky poblano relish, jalapeño yum yum, and queso chihuahua. It was flavorful, satisfying, and a great value, we had to take half home!
Overall, Lolita delivers a fun dining experience with bold flavors and a unique twist on Latin-inspired dishes. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu! Check out the decor!
I’d love to give a good review but the portion size ruined it. This place seemed awesome, the restaurant has a great vibe and the grapefruit sorbet to begin the meal was fun and unique, chips and guac were good and margarita was pretty good too. But the entree portion size is comically small. I got the carne asada which was the tiniest meal I’ve ever been served. Had to heat up a second dinner at home afterwards and the bill wasn’t cheap. Food tasted good there was just like 3 bites worth. Nobody else’s portion at the table was an adequate dinner size either. If the portion was larger this could have been a 5 star review cause the place was super cool otherwise, just can’t recommend cause you will leave hungry

Very cool restaurant/bar. Loved the decor and some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Our server was very good and friendly but the the hostess’ lack hospitality. Drinks and food were great though

White blonde boy behind the bar worst experience I’ve had in Boston, lived here for 4 years.

We celebrated our daughter’s 16 birthday with her friends at Lolita’s - it was a wonderful night. The vibe was very cool and the DJ was great; the food was delicious and authentic as always. But what made the night so special was the service. Our waitress Xiomara was amazing - she was attentive, patient and charming - she took great care of the girls! We really appreciated the extra attention from the restaurant staff (and kitchen) which made this night so memorable.

The short rib quesadillas and spicy margarita were delicious. We ordered 4 guacamole appetizers for a party of 3 - that is how good the chips and guac tasted. Highly recommend.

A favorite place to eat when in Boston. Yummy, creative Mexican food with lots of cocktail options! We even brought our 9 year old here and she loved it, especially the cotton candy treat at the end.

We ordered a bunch of apps. All were delicious. Calamari was my fave. Got full so will have to try entrees next time. There will be a next time.
For dessert, the mini churros are to die for.
