Encargué un pastel aquí y cuando lo recogí nada que ver con lo que avía pedido pregunté por alguna solución simplemente dijeron que no por pena lo pague pero no estaba satisfecha ya que el pago era demaciado alto y no era lo que avía pedido en fin pedí el reembolso y regresé el pastel al momento sus trabajadoras salieron todas pesadas al final que fui por mi reembolso porque no me lo quisieron hacer el mismo día disque iban a cerrar tuve que ir otro día a reclamarlo todavía me hicieron tirado el dinero y reclamando que avían perdido su material que no me podían devolver todo el dinero en fin me atendieron todas pesadas y si quiera hubieran cumplido con su trabajo pero nada que ver a lo que avía pedido no lo recomiendo terminan entregando cosas que nada que ver con lo que el cliente pide. Mal servicio por lo menos deberían de darle alguna solución al cliente.

Very friendly staff. They provided great assistance when I was ordering my son’s first birthday cake. The cake was beautifully decorated and the tres leches cake was absolutely delicious! We will regularly order all of our future, family birthday cakes from Lolly’s!

The truth is I really like bread and I found some delicious pineapple empanadas. I love the friendliness of the staff and I really like the birthday cakes, they are very delicious and there is a variety of products. And I honestly think the prices are reasonable.

I don't know what happened to this place before it was top quality bread, today it has poor consistency and bad taste and as if that were not enough they mix old bread with the new. I thought it was something from a baker's change, and I have continued to stock up on purchases but it is getting worse and worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered a cake for my son and had Uber package delivery pick up the cake for delivery. The Uber driver did not deliver the cake and thankfully returned it to the bakery. The cake got a bit messed up when it was with the Uber driver and the bakery fixed the cake for me at no charge! Their communication is amazing, customer service is excellent, and the cake is wonderful!
