I gave it 4 stars because of the location. - This came up for "Older crowd" in Boston. I can assure you, after being there several times, its very very young(21-25yrs) - about 80% of the people. Getting a drink is exactly what you expect with this crowd. Not easy especially on nice days. People working seemed to be pleasant and hustling though!

Nice but very expensive

Bartender is rude, and bad drinks. No common sense, not a single interest in making the ambiance better for first timers. Bad approach by employees. I'd only come to see the landscape. Overall bad experience.

Don’t pay extra for igloo ( you can’t see outside of igloo because it is made of wrinkled plastic not glass). Overall view was good, prices are reasonable, food was good but very few options.

Food is nice. There is not a lot of variety to choose from since I went for brunch, but the foods taste great. Staff are fantastic. It's a nice igloo looking out to the port, giving it a very nice view for a beautiful date, especially at night! Will be back at night for a different feeling!

Went here for a friends birthday party. The best thing about Lookout is the rooftop views. Drinks and food are not worth the expensive prices. $20 for a half espresso martini in a plastic cup…

This was a lot of fun. Came with a couple friends and we had the insulated couch space. Had a great view and was warm enough. The food and drinks were amazing.

Beautiful rooftop. Drinks are decent but the view is amazing.

We reserved a fire pit place with some out of town friends and were not aware of local rules around the ID requirements.Turns out if you do not have an ID you cannot even sit and have food here and have to bear with the obnoxiousness of the staff's bouncers. We all understand the rules around alcohol requirements but nothing justifies the rudeness of the staff..Needless to say, we ditched the place and headed to Yotel's rooftop. It has the same views, minus the rude behavior. I would implore ENVOY to make sure their staff learns basic manners..

Probably one of the best views ofBoston from anywhere. We had an indoor room facing downtown which was great. Our server was very attentive. We did not eat there, and only had two drinks. My drink was mostly mixer and came in a plastic cup which went well with the plastic utensils available. At least put my $21 drink in a glass.Kid-friendliness: This is a literal bar on top of a building. Leave Madissynn and Braxtton at home.

Food was terrible and overpriced. The service was awful. Waited 30 minutes for a glass of water and they even got my drink order wrong twice.

The most overrated place in Boston. One of those places tourists dress up just to go take their picture for Instagram. $18 for a green tea shot with well liquor. That’s absolute highway robbery no matter where you are or what you think you are. If you want to literally light your money on fire for rude bar staff and a drop of alcohol in your mixed drink, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go anywhere else.
